Not happy with everything :) Took my car here, needed to fix my speedometer that stopped working, also get my noisy A/C fixed too. It took 3 weeks until i can get my car back, BUT the main problem that needed to be fixed still there. Couldnt get my A/C fixed because he couldnt find the secondhand unit for the A/C ((im not so sure if i need a new unit or the aircon has electrical problem)) I got my gearbox changed which idk why did i need to change my gearbox. I thought at first by changing it he could've got my speedo fixed but NOPE its still broken :)) They tried to get me a secondhad A/C unit and end up couldnt find the fit part for my car. At first he said that he could get us the new unit but it'll cost us $1.400 And at the day that we supposed to get the car back, he said to us that he could get us the new unit for $759 ((tell me whats wrong with the half price differences)) and told us to have a think about it And after that he said that we can take the car the day after not that afternoom when we supposed to get our car((??)) Definitely not going back after spent almost $4000 I went to other mechanic right after i took my car from this place. And the mechanic straight away told me if i have to go to Electrical Auto Mechanic, they said straight away that they couldnt get it fix and have a good recommendation of where shud i go. Mate if you couldnt get the problem fixed, i'd say just say it from the beggining its doesnt hurt at all. Rather that rippied somebody's pocket and wasted someone's time. 3 weeks its like Almost 1 month and the car still broken. I personally hate to do google reviews like this, but i'd like to share this experience so other people won't have to experience that.

The first time I decided to have my car serviced by, normally I always go to an official Mitsubishi dealer and pay more. Their first observation was that the breaks were gone. When done, I received a rattling machine, with hefty jingles whenever going over any object, driveway in/out etc. This is where the lying started. 'This is normal', 'No this is not' 'This has to do with the pistons', 'I took it for a drive and didn't hear it', they even had the car overnight and didn't fix anything, just put some grease in the end. Also, they quoted me for the service and came with a much higher bill because of something was bigger that initially thought (vague explanation). We had enough of it and brought it to an official Mitsubishi shop and they concluded that the break disks weren't polished well at all, they took care pf it and few hours later we drove a car without the jingles. What a huge disappointment overall, next service back at Mitsubishi.

The first time I went here I was quite happy and was charged $250 for a full service. I went here again for another service recently and was quoted $300 wasn’t sure why the price difference but went there anyway. I needed my brakes done and I was quoted $300 on top of the service to which I agreed to. I stated if anything else needs doing to please call me first. When I went to pick up my car I was charged $800 without any reason for the additional $200 on top. They also charged me for replacing brake lights and windscreen wipers. Neither of them needed replacing and were working fine prior the service. Secondly the old windscreen wipers are still on the car. They charged me for something they didn’t do. Ripped off and I won’t be going back.

These guys are lazy I took in my Holden station wagon for 2 service the only thing they changed was oil never checked my car throughly for other faults.My last visit was when I had a water leak they told me it was only a o ring but it was the transmission fluid leaking into the radiator causing the O ring to overheat and leak..Now I have a transmission problem because they were to lazy to check why the O ring was leaking in the first place These guys are only band aid machanics they make you keep going back to them so they can rip you off..I seriously don’t know how they sleep at night..Very dirty unsatisfactory and also over priced..Good luck if you go there be prepared to be RIPPED OFF

Took my xtrail there for a service and to change the gearbox fluid and to plug a slow leak in one of my tires. They changed the gearbox fluid, couldn't be bothered doing the tire and they emptied the oil out of my engine but didn't bother putting any oil back in.. not sure if they bothered doing any else. If I could I would have given them 0 star. Do not take your car here!

Have taken my car to Guy since I started driving 4 years ago. Always legendary service for a competitive price. Especially impressed with his servicing of my Subaru Forester. Absolutely would recommend for emergencies and servicing. They also have expertise in auto-electrical to top it off.

Deewhy mechanical repairs have been great. They are always friendly and get the job done. I took my car in for a rego check and this was done for me on the spot...have also taken my car their previously for a regular service. These guys are now my go too mechanic.

Would not recommend. Horrible experience, no communication, still couldn’t fix the problems completely and now our car is beeping constantly just as we hit the road and will have to take it to another mechanic to stop the beeping. Do not go to this place.

I have used Dee Why Mechanical for years now and Guy and the boys are always on point. Great service and prices are always honest .I would highly recommend . Guy and the team are always Friendly/Honest and Helpful. Don't go to the dealer. Go here!

Most people won't take the time to review unless they are being keyboard hero's & having a whinge. Found the work to be good, a little more than I wanted to spend but you get that when all your brakes need to be done.

Steve sorted my car right after Christmas, was the first mechanic open. Had the car back with me within 2 days, fully serviced and two new tyres at a good price. Would happily go back.
