My dress that I purchased was well-satisfied and I really appreciate the salesperson Maria who works at the women's dress department. She was very polite and helpful!! Wonderful customer service, I give her an A+.

Great store to shop at. The store is HUGE and has a wide selection of clothes, shoes, jewelry, and accessories. The store always seems to look pristine and the employees are always helpful. Prices are not always great but if you go during certain times of the year you’re sure to find good deals.

Not happy with the new Dillard elite credit card program and extremely disappointed with the price and quality of gift wrap. Charged $9.00 for a Ladies shoe box wrap with a 1/4 inch ribbon and no ornament. Been a customer for at least 20 years never had a bad thing to say until this experience.

Love this place, no matter what town. Clearance and sales racks usually have a great bargain. Clinique and Lancôme always have great promos. Creed is my favorite perfume, but not all stores carry that line.
