Went in to Ross for the first time today. Some of my friends told me they found some nice clothes here. I was able to grab some really nice finds. Brittany was incredibly helpful and sweet! She helped me with checkout and was very quick. Brittany even hooked me up with a discount since it was my first time!

They didn’t want to refund me even though it was taken out from my bank. They said they rather me dispute the transaction to investigate the purchase. Micheal Williams the store manager was not helpful spent over $100 and he did not want to refund me my money back . Very bad business and store management

The store isn't fancy, prices are good and staff is nice. They have public restrooms and fitting rooms. The most important thing is the "find the treasure" experience; Ross is the one for it. Another advantage is the wide schedule: usually from 8 am till around midnight. That also have big parking lot.

This Ross was clean and organized when I went, I’m from out of town but I was genuinely impressed by how organized this Ross was! I spoke with one of the managers, Giovanna and she was super helpful and kind. I will definitely be coming back to this Ross when visiting San Antonio again!

Ms Anna is always so sweet and helpful at Heubner Oaks, but the lady at the register is very rude. She has been there a long time but always rushes me and not helpful. All the other ladies at register are nice. I do spend alot of money there, but hadn't being there because of her.

I love all the home selection. I love finding cute decor at such a cheap price. I also really like their pet aisle! The lines are always long and the employees rarely smile, but it doesn't really affect the happiness I get from finding so many little treasures ;)

The place was a mess. And the slowest cashiers I have ever seen. They literally were moving at snail pace. Only 2 cashiers and about 15 people in line. So ridiculous. When you are in the holiday season and its busy you need a minimum of 3

This is a nice store in a very nice shopping center. I normally get good deals here. Sometimes it is difficult to find exactly what you want but it is to be expected in any store like this. My only problem is the long lines to check out.

It is always busy. The lines at the checkout are always super long, but amazingly we don't spend too long standing in line. They have a pretty good selection of the items I shop for. They had some pretty cute dresses for a decent price.

The store was in a disorganized state and items were all in the wrong places. I’m guess it’s because they were (or appeared to be) short staff. However my encounter with a few associates there were pleasant and had the “can do attitude”

Good quality clothing for a good price. Puro San Antonio everyone wants bigger sized clothing, their racks in that regard have less pickings. But still some good finds today! Under Armour pants for $14 and a nice dress shirt for $20!

I found a really good deal on shoes... The customer experience wasn't too good. I mentioned that closing the return only lane might be a good idea since there were not enough cashiers. The cashiers decided to clear one lane and left

Once again I was able to find a few tops and dresses for less. I like going to their different locations because they are all a little different. 6/7/23-still finding bargains not only on clothing but a lunch bag and a small table.

The deals in Ross have been getting better and so has the variety but you really need to lock through the racks properly to find the deals and your size. Nevertheless, it's always a fun shopping experience.

My favorite place to shop, I love that I can find anything here when it comes to clothes, shoes, home, decor, kids, toys and even my fur baby! Great prices and now they have a self checkout! Love it!!!

We scanned the items twice by mistake & they asked us to hold back to a line which took us 30 min to get to the cashier. Even when I asked for the supervisor she cane & the process which could take 2

GREAT place, prices and wonderful different finds. Almost unique to one's own needs. Be patient wth cashiers bc there is usually only one or two-but well worth the wait.

I wish i could give a zero. The selection is horrible. I can never find cute clothes because the selection always looks like I'm shopping for my mom or grandma.

Alot of clearance items at this clearance store. Good deals on portable speakers and shoes, the rest felt like a Thrift store which either you love or you hate.

So previously, this was a store that we loved to shop at. But progressively, there is less to choose from and prices continually Rising.
