I just left.discem Sitari and really feel so insulted it’s not even funny…on Friday I bought a supplement all to find out it was the wrong one..so I went back to exchange it today I never opened it because I saw on the label it is not the one that I needed…I asked to exchange it they said no problem after getting the one that I need from the shelves I was told that the one I brought in was already open ‍♀️I told them I definitely did not open it..the manager said unfortunately that’s just how it is he can’t exchange it like that..I told them Ohk no worries please get rid of it for me since I don’t need it and that im positive I didn’t open it…while paying for the 1 I needed ..I asked the lady at the pay point if they just gonna assume that I opened that bottle.She proudly said yes..so I guess it’s best to make sure you buy the right product and make sure that it is sealed before leaving that shop because you will not be refunded even though you didn’t open it yourself..”that’s just how it is”

I am EXTREMELY EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED ANGRY AT PAUL the manager WHO CONTRAVENED MY POPIA ACT especially as a pharmacist I thought I could trust. YOU HAD NO RIGHT TO CONTACT THE NUMBERS ON THE SYSTEM BESIDES WHAT I GAVE YOU. I am the main member of the medical aid. I gave you address for drop off and my mobile number. My husband is not the main member. Who the hell gave you the right to phone him and give him details. I WILL NEVER EVER TRUST YOU AGAIN I WILL REPORT THIS TO Mr. Schoeman

The service is always good and the pharmacy not crowded, especially during this pandemic. I felt like I had to write this review after a great experience that i had during my pap smear appointment. I was anxious as always but the clinic practitioner Ms Alta Mendelsohn OMG! What an amazing person she was, she made everything easy and I was so comfortable. I just wanna say that thank you to her and the dis-chem team.

The worst Dis-Chem ever visited, first of all unfriendly cashier that assisted me with a very stink attitude and an assistant manager with no care in the world also was followed around in the store as if I look like someone that wants to steal from them. secondly Today I wanted to open one of the products bought from the store that cost well over R150.00 just to find that the seal has been broken already.

I tested positive with Covid and Dis-Chem Sitari was able to assist me by delivering my prescription to my door the same day. I am very impressed with the quality of service received after only a simple phone call.

Attitude of the staff at dispensary. They don't listen and then make promises to deliver, but can't give a time. Waiting over 4 hours for delivery and still nothing.
