I was a regular customer here until last night. Firstly, the last probably 10 times at least I've ordered from here it's been late (by 15 minutes plus) or the pizza has been almost inedible. I've now had two occasions where the driver (who was about 25 minutes late last night) had forgotten his eftpos machine. Last night was the second time I've had to stand out on the road whilst my already late food is getting cold waiting for this chump to work out how to fix it up. I ended up walking away from frustration last night because he was stuffing around on the phone having an irrelevant conversation. He followed me back to my house with a raised voice telling me that his manager will dock his pay for the amount of the order. Not sure how legal that is but honestly it's not my problem. At this point I had to tell him three times to get off my property. He left. 10pm I get a knock on my door. Same guy again with his eftpos machine this time. He was yelling through my door at me and woke my neighbours up as a result. I had to tell him to leave my property a further 5 times at this point where he was refusing to. My girlfriend was extremely shaken by this encounter so I'm actually going to be passing this onto the police. Shocking service. Shocking attitude. Shocking behaviour.

Without fail, last 6 orders have been incorrect. Almost always miss out on main ingredient in pizza, then never mention it. When i ask they say "oh sorry we are out".. so I'm not sure if they never actually have the impossible beef or if they're just lying. They never offer any compensation, I've had to convince them i should get something. Absolute pain after I've just driven home or paid for delivery. Highly recommend avoiding. Edit: last time they offered a drink after i complained. They still didn't mention they were missing toppings when i picked it up, i had to check myself before i drove home

The delivery time for my order kept changing. After 2 hours, the delivery time changed to “preparing your order”. I drove to the shop ti find out where it was as they would not answer their phone. After being ignored at the counter by the overwhelmed staff, I cancelled my order. It took 5 minutes to take my money and was told I will get a refund in 5 working days. Not good enough. I have been purchasing from them for years. Never again.

Almost always enjoy what I order however deliveries are always arriving up to 45 minutes PAST the estimated time, even if I’ve paid the extra $$ for the 15 or 20 minute guarantee. I recently called up to make an order, looking for something that I could get quickly. I placed my order, gave my card details and only after they had taken my money was I told that it would be a 1-1.5 hour wait and they couldn’t reverse payment over the phone! The food is good but the customer service is very disappointing.

I called up to complain about this pizza I ordered . Got spoken very rudely every time I tried to talk she just keep talking over me . I then asked her to provide her name as she was the manager i will be making a complaint with head office . She then told me she is not giving me her name and ended the call . I will be calling head office first thing Monday morning !

Ordered 2 pizza’s at 9.30pm got 10 min late to pick up. Pizza was cold and the box was wet at the bottom. Pizza was inside the warmer but the warmer was switched off. Poor quality and service. No point you keep the pizza inside the warmer without switching it on. We had to throw the pizza and make dinner at home. Because of cheap franchisees, dominos brand will loose repeated customers.

This dominos store is a absolute rip off and don’t care about their customers. We were charged at $30 delivery fee to delivery to Grose Wold but there website states that the delivery fee is capped at $8.95. Then 2 days later I order pizza again but to North Richmond and they tried to charge me $95 for an order that would have cost $66 online. Do not trust these thieving grubs.

Always ask chilli flakes and oregano when order at home but don't give Big disappointment!!!!

The terminal for payment,declined 3 different cards I tried to use. It was very embarrassing the way the server treated me when dismissing me. I called the store and was again dismissed by the manager. What a horrible experience for a couple of pizzas.

5 Indian staff, 1 Australian, all talking in foreign language, poor young Australian girl left in the dark and not even acknowledged whilst the other staff laughed and joked, horrible service, horrible place. Poor girl...

I ordered a couple of weeks ago and there was a long, black hair cooked into one of the pizzas. I rated the order and left that feedback, but I didn’t get a response at all which was disappointing. It was for a group of people and it put us all off our food.

Counter staff incredibly rude, (Thursday evening) have had countless bad experiences in the past which was followed up by the franchisee resolving it. No resolution. Best way for anyone is to email dominoes customer service directly and reporting.

Its Domino's Pizza so you get what's advertised. You want some high-flying gourmet experience...probably not the place to go. I really enjoy their pizzas as they make it the way I want it, no mistakes so far. Their online orders app is

Ordered before pick up and they didn't even put my order on and then I waited 40min for meatballs only to get down the road and it wasn't meat balls but a few little chicken balls

Ordered on uber eats... the food was late and I asked for an update twice on the app no response. Then the ap stated it was delivered (it wasnt) Nobody came nobody called me.
