Great place,sat down in office with a staff member,with all my measurements,for building the fence,verandah joists,got a quote,they wrote down the requirements for the project,sizes,price per metre,calculated the cost for items individually,so when I was ready to do the project on the house,could just take the page in.the timber is better than bunnings for structural house timber.they had my fence pickets,with nice shaped top.they are more helpful,and have more knowledge than bunnings.great place for building timber.bunnings are good for other things though,but for timber it's the place to be.

Timber staff member cut my timber to multiple sizes for a home garden diy. It was close to close on a Saturday but nothing was too hard for this guy. Helped me load and saved me money by some clever cutting lengths. Great store. *edit* had to get some melamine sorted this week and once again a Doyle's member went above and beyond to help me out. Really great store.

I rang Doyles Mitre Ten today and got a very prompt quick answer. How can we help you. I was transferred to the Timber Section and Chris one of the helpers attended to my request. He put aside the things I was needing ready for me to pick up. That is what I call service. Thank you.

What a great store! Dealt with a misunderstanding in a very professional and understanding manner, that I doubt you would experience from a larger company i.e. Bunnings. Lets keep businesses like this in competition with the larger stores. Thanks so much for your understanding.

I am a builder and highly recommend them for special order items and day to day supplies. I just wish they sold Rondo steel framing as all the high-rise they just built is made of it and demand is increasing in the area nowadays. Staff are pro active and very easy to work with.

An excellent Hardware Store! One stop shop for everything one would need! Timber & paint! Wheelchair access is available at the drop-off area in front of the store where the parking is available! Excellent friendly & efficient service! Competitive prices!

So much better for trade customers than any other hardware store and definitely 1000% better than the green one. Delivery drivers are always friendly and go above and beyond to deliver our materials as close to site as possible. Prices are also very good

Rude and arrogant staff, I parked and left my car and was about to cross the street to get some money from a bank. A staff followed me, and was rudely told off not to park. I explained to the staff I was going to BOQ bank to get the money

Staffed by people who weren't working at a cafe just last week. Doyle's staff actually know their stuff and customer service is brilliant. Stay away from that big green "Warehouse" and get your hardware where the grown ups go. …

Been there around 10 times and always get excellent customer service. Shout out to Brook and Kris in particular. I haven't had to return anything because the service means that I buy the right product first-time.

These guys went above and beyond when my order ended up at the store instead of home delivered they literally brought it around that same afternoon. I didn't know customer service like that still existed. <3

Don't seem to understand the concept of online ordering. It was expected that my order should be ready for pickup when I arrived at store, not have to wait while they try to find out why items are missing.

Great service from these guys and competitive prices on large timber orders. And they carry the stuff that Bunnings don’t. Get down there and support these guys if you value good old fashioned service.

If you want great service this is the spot. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable on all their products. You won't wander around aimlessly trying to find something like other Hardware stores.

Doyles is a great hardware shop with knowledgeable staff and good service. Obviously not a Bunnings range but good product at usually good prices. Been a trusted Mitchie hardware for many yrs.

Rude. Unless you are a local builder, forget it, these guys won't help regardless how much money you have in your pocket ready to spend. I hate to say it, but go to Bunnings instead.
