I’ve been seeing Dr Wong for 3 months and after our last appointment I do not recommend his clinic to anyone. Our first appointment was great, but after that instead of seeing him we only see the students that he has working with him. The appointments always feel rushed where she is weighed, measured and then we are basically out the door. I also have to ask to be told these things because I’m only told what percentile she falls under not the actual numbers. When I’ve brought up concerns about her they get ignored, and I’ve had to go elsewhere to have them taken seriously. Our last appointment I was told she needed tests done, but not once was I told why she needed testing done or what the blood/urine tests were for; just handed a form and told it needed to be done within 7 days. I was also told that she should already have started eating baby food at 2 months, which goes against health canada recommendations. We definitely won’t be coming back to him.

Dr.Wong just rushes through appointments. I understand that doctors gotta keep a schedule but if parents say they have a concern at least try to listen to them. Instead he half listened, then told me my baby was fat & I should watch her weight. Completely dismissed my concerns for allergies & her iron levels. Refused to get any testing done even though I was requesting it! I also work in the medical field so I do know what should be a concern. The reception staff was always very nice to me I definitely appreciated the reminder calls just sad the doctor wasn’t better towards his patients. I think he just stopped caring because he’s practiced for so long he probably think he knows it all. So glad I’ve switch doctors for my child. I’d rate him no stars if I could.

Do NOT deal with this establishment. Rude and self centered from front desk all the way back. Zero awareness of real life situations. Front Desk is arrogant and extremely rude talking bad about significant other for no use of voicemail... As if they do not have the secondary number to call and confirm. DO YOUR JOB! watch your tone and attitude people like this do not deserve to deal with general public. I hope your office is shutdown sooner than later. I'd give negative stars if I could mainly because of the administrative staff. Doctor is great unfortunately you have to get through the karen troll to see him.

I read through all the reviews, and the 1 star reviews are people who clearly don't get that the staff are busy. Though the receptionist may be a little abrupt, it does save time. I have never had a problem with their office - everyone there is very experienced and has only ever provided good advice. If I have ever gotten advice I didn't like, I did what anyone else would do and got a 2nd opinion.

Receptionist is rude. She was talking to me while walking away. I did not understand what she was saying that’s we followed her. Then when she saw me that I was behind her, she raise her voice at me and told me that ( I TOLD YOU TO WAIT IN THE WAITING AREA AND I WILL JUST CHECK IF THE DOCTOR IS READY!). The fact that we did not understand her clearly. Very poor attitude and costumers service!!!

Won't listen to parents about actual issues. Tells you he knows better than the Canadian MEd system and other doctors and calls pare t's spoiled north Americans because we were following the advice of the doc at the hospital she was born at 6 weeks ago. Won't go back. Tol old to listen or hear concerns without condescension and talking down

Hello and good day everybody, I don’t recommend this place at all .any more . 2 out of 3 of my kids did go here until today .they turned away a 1 year old with an ear infection and call it entertainment front desk was ignorant af , they blocked my number because I kept calling back after she hung up - I’m going to have your job lady

Doctor is really good but his receptionist is difficult. she try’s to triage and gives advice when she isn’t a medical professional. Which deters people from even coming in to see a great doctor.

Won’t see my son if he has a fever, runny nose, cold. Need a Covid test for a newborn. What’s the point of seeing a doctor?!!? Seriously?!

I don’t recommend this place. If I can give 0 star I will do. Doctor is good but the staff is so rude, don’t have service minded attitude.
