Tried to call to see if they were taking on new patients. When the receptionist picked up, she mumbled a name I couldn't make out, so I asked if that was Dr. Brooks office. The receptionist said "That's what I just said" in a very rude tone. I told her I wasn't dealing with that. Not a good way to great patients. Doesn't matter how good the doctor is, if their receptionist is ride they're not worth it

As a person who used to be afraid of doctors, Dr Brooks is an amazing doctor and human being. She is thorough, cares and listens, carefully. She never rushes you, always makes you feel heard, and takes what you are telling her seriously. I have been seeing her for years and years. Best doctor ever!

We've been going to Dr. Brooks for years. Though the wait can sometimes be long she always offers thoughtful and attentive visits. Her understanding of Eastern and Western medicine is also refreshing.

Dr. Laurie Brooks is an amazing doctor, she actually listens and doesn't try to rush you. I've been seeing her for many years and hopefully will continue to do so.

She is wonderful and treats you like a human and listens to everything you say.
