They do good work in an efficient amount of time. Lily is always pleasant and easy to work with. Update: The tires were not balanced properly and I had a vibration at highway speeds. I took my truck back this afternoon and was greeted by the “Service Manager” who immediately had an attitude and asked if I had aftermarket wheels. I could tell he wanted to blame the problem on the wheels. I wasn’t mad or upset, but told him that they sold me the tires and I didn’t have any issues until they rotated and balanced the wheels. He still had an attitude and acted like he was completely put out. Then a few minutes later, the technician came in to the waiting room. Again trying to blame the aftermarket wheels. When I told him the same thing as I did the Service Manager, he then proceeded to blame a worn out wheel bearing and said that it was probably caused by the wheels. I went out to my truck and found there is a minor amount of slack in the RF wheel bearing. But, there was no vibration before they balanced the wheels. The guy looked a little like a deer in headlights when I told him that I had over 25 years of experience in automotive repair management. Also, FYI…The wheels and tires are not oversized. I know better. Please look at the picture of my truck.

Just recently had a brake job done here, plus oil change and inspection with these guys. They have great service. Lillie is very nice and Aaron is professional, really looks like under his leadership that shop is doing well. They communicate clearly and and fast as well. Also had some AC work done here in the past, and they honored the warranty when there was an issue after a few months. I will probably continue to use this shop in the future. One downside is that they’re not cheap, but I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off. They did apply a discount to my service, which is appreciated. I would like to see more discounts/monetary incentives as a token of appreciation for repeat customers in particular. Overall I give them 5 stars.

Customer Service was phenomenal. I’m a business owner and the one thing I can always attest to for any business is three simple things integrity, professionalism, and efficiency. They nailed all three and have earned my business for quite some time in the future. Give this whole shop a raise. Manager was extremely helpful in finding the best avenue and cost for getting my vehicle work done. Lilly at the front was very respectful and carried out her tasks like a pro. Let’s obviously not forget the technicians that worked hard at ensuring the safety and functionality of my truck with their in depth inspection. I had a really great experience here. Brought my 2013 Subaru Outback in after it had unexpectedly died and left me stranded on the side of the road. Aaron, Brian and the rest of the team provided nothing but an honest and skillful diagnostic assessment of my vehicle. They also did a great job at taking the time to explain and communicate everything to me. And at the end of the day they gave me a more than fair price for the time, effort and work that they put in, allowing me to get back on the road and enjoy my own transportation again!

I got an inspection here recently and it passed. When I got home my car turned off on my street with lots of indicators going off. I restarted it (and it worked) and I took it back the next day. They didn't even charge me for the diagnosis even though it was probably unrelated to any inspection related feature. Great service as always, and they always save me money by being honest about what I need and beating the competitor's prices. I'll be back!

This time was the first for me to use Driver's Edge. I just needed a TX inspection. The machine was down and Lillian said she would call me if it came up. I went to a competitor and was sitting there since I was told the inspection would take an hour. I got a call from Lillian and left to go back and they had the inspection done very quickly. I appreciate their response and ability to get me in! I'll have other work done next time for sure!

I took my car for an inspection in the morning where it was not busy (only 1 other person was there) and after 53 minutes of waiting, they have came in and said their computer isn't working and could not read my car. I do understand that it takes time and to reset the computer to see it works, but I not understand why it would take this long to tell me that the computer isn't reading it after spending almost an hour of waiting.

I just want to thank the Driver's Edge team. In a huge thank you to Arron. Had a huge scare this morning on the highway from a blown out tire, which is scary enough with these crazy drivers out here (sorry I'm an IL girl) new to the TX roads. But this team is honestly the best. Customer service, kind, helpful, professional and efficient time. I really do appreciate the service you guys are doing for the community.

Great place. I ended up waiting over the time they said for a tire repair to be finished and they said it was on them. They definitely care about their customers. I watched them work with an older gentlemen, while I was waiting. They were patient and helped him to get the cost down on his repair. I highly recommend! This was my first time at this shop, and I will definitely go again in the future.

Fast and easy state inspection! I dropped in without an appointment mid-afternoon on a Wednesday. Took about 3 minutes to check in and not a lot longer than that for them to do the inspection. I don’t think I was there more than about 10 minutes. Easiest state inspection ever!

NEVER EVER EVER COME HERE THEY CHARGE US $1,900 plus tax over $2100 for a break job. Then the job ain’t even done at all! I got in a carwreck because of them! Never again will I ever trust them with my car or anything. Brake light is on after getting my car done a day before.

After receiving an oil change the wrong date was on the sticker, had to return back to receive the up to date sticker, also was told that air would be placed in my tires, that was not done.
