Security guard just lost you a local customer. I shop with you at least twice a week. This is the first time my dog was denied entry. Didn't have a sign saying "no dogs". Just refused entry and refused to even serve me at the door. Be consistent or put up a sign! I suggest you shop across the road. Better selection and the staff were fine with my Pomeranian as is every other bottle shop in the city. If you don't serve food then you should have a sign up saying it's a store policy. The power tripping security guard no.58 at 5.40pm Sunday evening just cost you a local and loyal customer. Shame.

Highly unprofessional and rude staff. Customer service is zero. Bad attitude. This asian guy with cheap attitude and poor English language skills didn't even know what he was talking about. Sue, was rude and refused to serve me because my friend walking into the shop eating. She apologise and then waited by the door but Sue still refused to serve me. I live not even a block from here and I always go here. Will never be going back. I don't understand why I was being punished for something someone I was with was doing. I was nothing but polite and respectful.

We went there at 11:56pm however the opening time is midnight. And the guy looks like indian was so rude to us and told that they can only open up to midnight if they got a call. That’s not a way to deal with customers. Plz don’t give job like this rude people. Never recommend my friend to go there,

Place closed at 11:45pm, 15m before close. We desperately needed to buy champagne for a graduation and we were refused entry into the store by a caucasian female as she was counting the till early. Will not be coming to a Duncan's again. You just lost a very important customer.

Staff are friendly and helpful, especially in comparison to the place across the street. Prices on singles are slightly lower than elsewhere but prices on packs of beer/cider/premix isn't as good. Will take this place over the alternatives every time though.

Store is usually open until late night and it offers plenty of alcoholic products for reasonable price. Good for last minute or after work shopping. Easy accesable and friendly staff. In order to pay by card you have to spend 5 or more dollars.

Overpriced except for specials which I do not like. Alot of places do this these days. Hope prices will be decent all round instead of just stock you want to get rid of. Staff were nice however.

Actively tried to break consumer laws by forcing us to buy a drink that fell out when the door opened then refused service when told it was illegal

Expensive but a good place to get a bottle of booze when most other retail outlets have closed down at night

Got there 20 minutes before close and wouldn't let our group of four and 20+ others into the store 10/3/19

Hours on the door say 12am is the closing time, but got kicked out at 11:50pm saying the store was closed
