Not the best experience ever. If you want variety and better customer service visit a bigger store like the one in CBD. Store needs better customer service, training and management. Ordered an item online and was called saying item was ready. When arrived, seems like only stating that I was here to click and collect was enough for them to search their systems. After some time, two girls became involved and then a manager as they searched for the package. To my surprised they finally got it and showed me the item I purchased on the table and stated that they are unsure why it is out of the box. There was no box, no packaging and no invoice, she even stated that I can take it home and if it doesn't work you can bring it back for new batteries. At that moment I was litterally lost for words. In the end, I went with refund, the girl processed it and said it should go through, I believed her. I still get pick up notification emails by Dymocks for several days. This time I called, a girl picked up and still no clue what is going on and she is reading notes on the computer, she processed the refund again. In the end, reached out to the head office in Sydney? And it was easily taken care off and refund gone through asap. Long story short, first time and last time Dymocks shopper.

A small store with a very limited range of products. Best to call in advance to confirm if they carry the item you are looking to purchase. Also staff were reasonably helpful but the limited range made it a very pointless trip. Will probably only return to the store if I confirmed the item is stocked there.

I called for the first time The store for enquiries and The young man was charming and helpful ..and thanks to him I went to the store and purchased one book about Italy...So I was lucky to met him And his name is Tyler Thank you again..Stay who you are♥️♥️ …

I visited Dymocks at Highpoint for a specific reason. Unfortunately the item I was searching for is not stocked by them. The young man on duty referred me to another store where I could purchase it. My thanks to him for his excellent customer service & care.

Didn’t catch the man’s name who was working at 11am today 29/12/23 but he was so helpful and patient with myself and the woman in front of me who had a big list of books for him to search up. He was very lovely and gave me a great recommendation.

Staffs are always so lovely. I asked a girl at the counter today if she had read the book i wanted to buy, she said no but helped me look up the review and read it for me. She was super helpful and lovely!

Lots of books to choose from but the girls that work here are not friendly and ever time I've come here they're too busy talking about their personal lives to ask if you need any help.

Omg staff were so friendly and served me straight away they convinced me to sign up to the book lovers club. The staff helped me find a great novel to read. Thanks guys all the best.

2 books for my granchildren in same series with it clearly showing that there was 50% off 2nd book. Only to find out it was not correct. False advertising very bad.

Doesn’t have every book, but certainly has a better range than QBD and Robinsons. They’re always able to order in any book and staff are friendly.

Really good bookshop. A bit smaller than other dymocks stores but still a good. Wish they had more mangas like spy x family and be in stocked
