I was very disappointed with the service i received. the staff strereotyped that i couldn't read at the level of the book i was buying, and actually snatched it out of my hands. instead of buying the overpriced book, i was forced to leave out of embarrassment. Aside from this, they have a good range of books and good prices.

I was told that my book would be ready on Wednesday, the store person refused to look in a box where my ordered book was. some of the worst customer service you will ever experience. to not even open a box to get a book purchased and then to be vilified on Facebook is nothing but inexcusable bad service. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!
