My husband and I recently moved to Tennessee from Texas to live closer to our daughter. We truly cannot say enough about Sheila and Connie. They were there for us, for house selling and buying, in the middle of one of the most trying times of our lives. They helped sell our house for $20k above asking, but then we had 30 days to move, and nowhere to go. They pounded the pavement with us and we managed to buy a house within 10 days of selling and moved within that time frame!! All the while, we were traveling back and forth for a close family member in a different state who was losing his health battle (and sadly did). It was chaos. But Sheila and Connie handled it with cool heads and loving hearts. Worst experience ever! Lazy bad advice. Because of them, I lost a lot of potential money and they breached our contract! Never use them, come off as sweet and caring, but Shelia will knife you in the back when you don’t see it coming. I thought she was a friend, man did I make a bad call! Lowered my asking price without my permission.
