5 stars experience from start to finish. Highly recommend them. I've met my fair share of scammy mechanics over the years like anyone else but here they don't inflate prices by telling you it will take 2 days to do a job (when you know it literally takes 1h max to do). They changed my timing belt in less than half a day. I'm sure everyone is of the impression that a timing belt replacement takes days to do because that's what most mechanics want you to think so they can charge you more... Also while doing the job Tony will update you via SMS throughout the job by sending pictures and vids of your engine taken apart, pics of the old parts and the new parts fitted, absolutely stellar customer service. When further work is required, pictures of the issue and quote are sent to you so you can see for yourself and make a decision. No bad surprise! As an added bonus I like how Tony responds quickly to emails and like how everything is written down so you know what to expect, really professional people. I definitely found my go-to mechanics!

I purchased my break parts online for Honda Accord euro 2004 total $400. After I went to his mechanic to ask him how much would it be cost to change the parts he told me for $400 if I have the parts. I took my parts and went to another mechanic down the road without negotiating I told them I need my breaks changed I got all the parts they quoted me $250 everything done +$100 oil change I paid total $350 what I want to say is have you ever seen a break change on a old car for $800 including the parts ? Before you get fixed anything make sure you ask different mechanics to get the best price. Don’t rely on 1 mechanic my savings total including oil change $200

I truly have nothing but the utmost respect for the boss at ECU Automotives and he is absolutely worthy of every positive review here! I needed to transfer my rego from interstate at short notice and he got me in the next day for the blue slip. Only a small issue found with a seal and he fixed it straight away for a very fair price. Knowing nothing about mechanics I was subject to his expertise and ultimately his mercy, and I found him honest and very helpful. All I can say is that it was a privilege to shake his hand at the end of it, and so to the boss: thank you sir! I’ll definitely be back as a loyal customer.

ACE and BEST mechanic and electrician I’ve ever seen. Tony is 100% talented and super efficient! My Jeep has some electrical issues and my previous mechanic can’t find the reason after spending 6 hours on it. 5mins Tony found the problem is from fuse box, and 10mins everything back to normal! Geez it’s just impressive. His dad is also such a super friendly lovely guy, he comforted me a lot when he saw I’m anxious and worried. I would give this lovely team 10 stars. Can’t love them more!

Tony has been my mechanic for the past 20 years, he's a genuine honest man, excellent mechanic and I wont take my car anywhere else. Professional customer service within a family atmosphere. The most honest and caring auto workshop there is ! The guys there are always there to help you and honest with there customers. Super reliable and repairs and won't empty your wallet. Absolutely amazing! So friendly! I had called 6 other companies in the area and their numbers were deactivated or they were not taking new clients. I’m new to the area and they told me to come around right away. Good price and extremely helpful. Faith restored in customer service. The business is very neat and clean. Tony quote me a very reasonable price for the service I needed and was able to get my car fixed in a timely and competent manner. He also diagnosed a couple other issues that I will be getting fixed very soon. Finding a reputable mechanic is difficult, but I seem to have gotten blessed by finding a very good one right off the bat. 10/10, absolutely will be using again.

I had only 2 days left on my rego. I phoned ECU Automotives. Tony the owner/mechanic pleasantly answered the phone. He booked a time for the next day. For a pink slip. The service centre was spacious with multiple hoists & clean. The mechanics were professional and very informative. The mechanic showed & clearly explained what needed to be done using simple English. Best of all at a honest low cost.

After trying out different mechanics and AUTO SHOP, ECU Automotives have been the best from my experience. The staff are well skilled in their job and they were able to explain to me everything which I needed to know. They didn't try to increase the price for no reason and I left that day knowing my car was in good hands. I definitely recommend this place. Hands down the best in the area.

Excellent service. Last minute appointment, fitted me in on a weekend, offered a loan car. Very speedy. Great price. Friendly and knowledgeable owner and staff, constantly kept me informed of all the work being done including photos and videos of old parts. Good value for money, over $600 cheaper than I was quoted for the same work from other garages. Will definitely use again.
