I am typing this with tears in my eyes my sister sent some items for me since on 19th November 2018, from Nigeria to Dubai and am yet to get it I have called the complaints number in Nigeria the lady that always picks my call keeps telling me that I will receive it before week ends I called her on 10th of December she said the same thing two weekends have pass am yet to hear or see anything about my item, despite the fact that I was charged a huge some of money for an item of 2kg now am here I don't know the fate of my item, I didn't beg for money to get those stuff, I used my money to purchase it please Ems Nigeria kindly look into my case am not just happy I don't know who to call or talk to I just need my item please

This is my first time of using EMS, but to be honest there service is worse than any other company have ever use,I blame myself for listening to a friend who told me about them.and the ridiculous thing about them is that they charge me 83 thousand naira for a parcel weighing 10.5kg and still haven’t receive my parcel till now since 7th of July 2020.there customer service is rubbish the put 5 different numbers there and they are all switched off even their email is nonsense if u emailed them they won’t reply u.what a rubbish company.am ashamed of your company.

For a very important Document we send it with Speed Post- they say 5- Maximum 6 days!! We wait now si ce 22 days- nobody answer the callnumber is not arrive- and by the Tracking we see this Letter is still since 10 days in Nigeria!!! Why they dont send it more quickly??? Its a terrible company. Never more!!! DHL much better What is this for a very bad EMS Company in Nigeria???

Sent a document to China and they told me 9 days, it's the 11th day yet the last update on their site each time I track says 19th, when you call their office they keep telling you that custom is holding it and they're yet to clear it. Anything that gets into the hand of the government goes bad. I'm not sure EMS in other country is as bad as it is in Nigeria.

My parcel was sent to your office in ikoyi since September from chinayand I have been calling a land-line that was sent to me via whatsapp and no response, what type of courier are you running? Very dissapointed with your poor service! Rubbish!

I don't know what's going on here, my item was held in customs since on the 7th of January till now I haven't heard anything from anyone. what kind of lagos IMPC (air) is this? Please someone should say something

My package is been held in customs for over a week now, I tracked it on map it indicates this same EMS speed post location where my package is been located, what do you think I have to do?

Sent a parcel from Lagos to Manila. They said it will be delivered in 6 working days. It has been 16 calendar days and not delivered yet. Horrible service for the amount they charge.

Its Good courier company that has a very fast and efficient service. Sent a parcel with them and it was delivered rightly as scheduled and my documents were intact as well.

Nice staff, it's my favorite post office. The building it's in bad condition, but the workers are very polite and helpful all the time. Tanks for it!

A slightly more dependable form government owned courier services. Also more expensive than the regular post.
