David is a fantastic human! I had an issue with another locksmith company and when I called to raise my issues I mistakenly called Eastern Suburbs Locksmith. David was very understanding and was not bothered about my call, he then went one step further and informed my how I should follow up with my complaint. I wish I called them earlier in the day because I wouldn't have been tricked by a dodgy company. I can not understate how much David helped with my issue, to take the time out to help me even though I was not his customer just shows what type of human he is. Next time i'm locked out I will be calling them immediately!! Thank you again so much for your help!

Being locked out of my home on a Sunday afternoon was the last thing I wanted to have to deal with, let alone force it onto someone else. It was not an issue for Josh from Eastern Suburbs Locksmiths. He took my call, unlike two other locksmiths this afternoon and was at my home within the half hour. Josh took the time to work through a couple of different techniques but ultimately the lock had to come out. Josh had everything with him to gain access and also change my lock in a timely and considerate manner. I booked this company a week in advance of a new door installation. I called early on the day to confirm they were coming at 1pm, which they did. Half an hour before they were due to come they asked me to send photos of the job. A short time later I got a cancellation by text to say they were all suddenly feeling sick and good luck with the job which left me high and dry with no security on my door. Not even an offer to reschedule, extremely unprofessional.

David and his team are absolutely brilliant. Have been visiting their store for 3 years now after having bad experiences at other locksmiths, and they are very helpful, knowledgeable and go out of their way to help out - ie even dropping my keys to my flat when they knew I’d be unable to pick it up on time. Fantastic customer service. Best of all - the keys I get cut from here always fit like a glove and have never had any issues. Highly recommended.

I was locked in my second-level bedroom since 10 PM the night before due to a faulty door knob. I called Eastern Suburbs Locksmith at 6 40 AM on a Sunday morning and was treated politely and professionally. A very helpful and efficient locksmith called Peter arrived within 30 minutes as promised, and was able to remove the doorknob within 5-10 minutes. It was a huge relief and I'm very grateful for the service. Thank you!

We had a lot of locks installed in our home for child safety purposes and they did such a great job. They were very efficient in getting someone out to do a quote. They did a great job problem solving how to place locks on certain tricky cupboards. They explained and communicated things well. Actual installation went very smoothly and we are really happy with the result. Would definitely recommend.

Honestly I’m blown away with the service. I rang these guys at 7am and Josh rang me 7 minutes later to say he had arrived. Very efficient and polite with his work. I ended up having to get a key made which got delivered within 15 minutes. Thank you Josh for your good work and I’d 100% recommend these guys. By far the best customer service I’ve ever had with any company.

From the onset of making contact with Nick , the level of service was of the utmost professional, friendly and efficient of services. Moving house is very stressful, locking yourself out of same more so, these guys were our saving grace and continued with other tasks to go beyond general service levels to look after us. Horrific customer service. I called regarding getting a strata key cut and was treated so rudely by the woman on the phone. The gentleman who cut the key was very pleasant when I dealt with him in person, but am still shocked by the tone + attitude of the call. I do NOT recommend using this service. Learn some common decency - especially if you're in customer service.

Needed help getting back into my locked apartment on Mothers Day. Paul was on his way to lunch with his Mum, but detoured past my house to help out. Took max 15 mins between me making the call and my door being unlocked, so I managed the save the icecream and other cold groceries I had with me. Super efficient and friendly service!

I needed a locksmith as I had locked myself out of the house. Quick to answer, speedy to arrive. My neighbour found my keys and I had to cancel. They were just arriving (only took 10 mins!) when I called and graciously cancelled any call out fee. Super nice and considerate to do that for me. Highly recommended.
