First of all, English is a second language for the customer service team- so they seem to struggle with grasping what the issue is. I repeated myself 4 times and still the message wasn’t getting through. An item wasn’t available with the restaurant and it should have fallen with the restaurant to ensure I was refunded. Instead they said we are too busy. So when I contacted Eat now, at first they were going to cancel an order I was receiving- why? So I explained the situation again and then they said oh we will give you the partial amount to be refunded as a credit-why? So I explained I will never be using the service again and then I received a polite customer service I can’t do anything more and go away. Needless to say I finally got the answer the partial refund has been raised with the resolutions team... who will need to follow this up. Very unimpressed!! This all could have been so much easier.

Our food was not delivered to our address and eatnow has refused to answer my girlfriend's calls about the fact her credit card was still charged and not refunded after an entire day of attempting to contact EatNow's customer service. Dodgy crooks, use Uber or Deliveroo instead for far better service that won't just not deliver your food and then avoid giving a refund.
