Made an order never received called customer service said that I never made payment provided receipt through PayPal and confirmation email sent by efoodz they said that was not an order number I told them the email confirmation was sent by them and PayPal receipt has there abn number then they said it will be sorted and I’ll receive it on the Friday of course Friday came and no delivery called again only to be met with the same response they have not received payment and to provide PayPal receipt again sent details and they said management said not to go through order as payment not received I then opened a dispute with PayPal and guess what they have received the dispute on the very same payment but now cannot go through order as payment is in dispute oh wow just great customer service never will I ever deal with these criminals again and your moral and ethical principles that I herd over and over again whilst on hold really shines through

Well we're do l start without being too harsh. We'll firstly the food is good taste good looks great but there's obviously an issue with hygiene with the company because why l know this is when l got my order the only thing I'm eating is efoodz meals and after the first meal l had severe diarrhea and l thought it might be only that one meal but then day two eat 2 meals same thing had diarrhea for 2 days straight now I'm going to try a 3rd day and see what happens and if l have diarrhea for a 3rd day that's going to be enough for me with this batch of food. l will order one more time but if the same thing happens then unfortunately I'm not going to be ordering from efoodz meals again hope you guys listen and sort it out because it is good food

I’ve ordered from Efoodz twice now and the food is fresh and great. The second order I placed had a few issues. I requested my order be delivered on a Sunday (which was offered in checkout) however the order came late 2 days and none of my emails were responded to. When the order arrived, there was a meal missing and again tried to email but no reply. Attempted to call the number provided but the line is disconnected. I’m still trying to contact the team to arrange a refund for the missing meal and hope that this review reaches them. Overall good food, but customer service is lacking

Enjoy ready made meals from @efoodz. Each meal is packed with flavour and easy to cook within 2-3 minutes. Except for the deep fried battered chicken which was slightly soggy, the vegetables for each dish were fresh and a good portion. The chicken pieces were tender for each dish and enjoyable.

Efoodz have been great! Food is great and enjoyable, good serving size. I do however, find that the plastic is alot harder to peel off, for some reason, compared to the past. Deliverys have been spot on, with no issues. I have ordered through you guys on and off over the last 3 or so years.

Hi the foods are 5 star but the delivery guy delivered to the back of the house at the granny flat when i Clearly mentioned on my description details where to drop the box. Please need to ask the drivers to read instructions.

I love these meals. They are fresh, tasty and a good size. The high protein fills me up for ages. Will continue to buy weekly. Some slight issues with delivery but were very fast to rectify.

I ordered on Tuesday and now it's Friday and still unable to get my pick up order!!! No one answers the phone either... totally unprofessional!!!
