Very Nice shopping center. It has three restaurants: a 24 hr california mexican kitchen, an upscale breakfast, and a nice italian. There is a draft beer bar with olenty of options and a top shelf ice cream joint. There used to be a club here that is going through renivations and change in ownership. A hobby lobby sits at the far end and a couple other places. There is plenty of parking available and a theater behind it, which is my favorite. Starbucks just opened in a corner and a chipotle mexican grill across the street which has healthy options for food.

Just visited this mini golf place today at embassy for the first time. It was a bit of a hassel to golf due to balls going in water and places that should be no problems with going into. It was fun but short lived. Did a round of the holes in way under a hour. But it was cheap. Definitely i would be worried about taking my kids here as i know how kids play around. This more for for a older teenager young adult type of vibe especially if golfing. Didn't look but a few games they had in there. Solid 3 star but been to way better for around the same price.

We went to the Embassy Oaks theater. The theater has been recently renovated. It was clean and fresh. No bad smells like some theaters. They have the reclining seats with table. I'm really short and the seats at most theaters are usually to big for me to sit in comfortably. But the seats here were perfect for me. They were spacious, but not so big that I felt uncomfortable. Another nice thing was that the theater wasn't freezing cold, and the volume was at a level that didn't blast your eardrums. There's plenty of parking spots, well lit outside.

The embassy oaks village contains restaurants like Julian's which are excellent and Max and Louie's which is a great New York deli. It needs some help and guidance because Max and Lily's was totally overcrowded and we would not go in because of covid and people being so close together and so many people together. In past experiences we've loved the food love the service and the desserts are wonderful. Julian's is a gem of a pizza and Italian food joint definitely go there if you're ever in the area.

Pretty decent shopping center with a bunch of small strip centers that house a multitude of shops that range from beerb places to restaurants to goods stores, a movie theater, deli and a brewery. There is generally plenty of parking in the area even though it may not always be close to where you want to be. The navigation around here can be a bit confusing and it's best if you look at the map and orient yourself while you are stopped rather than really in driving directions on the fly.

We have enjoyed going to the Embassy for quite awhile. It has all the amenities you would expect from a top notch theater. We have the opportunity to go at midday and the theater is almost empty. I know most people can not do that, but when we have gone in the evening, we received the same enjoyment, just more people. Also, if one chooses to eat out either before or after a movie, you have excellent restaurants close to the theater. Our favorites are "Max and Louie," and "Julian's."

There is a great place to play pool called Fast Eddies. There are also several bars that are very popular around here. There is also a pancake house in the other parking lot right on the corner that is absolutely fabulous. There is also a vape shop called Monster Vape that is excellent. And the movie theater is right across the street. With also several other restaurants in this one block. It's kind of hard to go wrong for entertainment in this area Embassy Oaks.

This was Magnolia Pancake Haus and it was by far the best breakfast I've had ever! I'm 48 and have had some good breakfasts, but WOW, the Eggs Benedict and pancakes were to die for. Try the Eggs Fitzgerald and get a side of Banana Fosters Pancakes. Honestly, everything is great! It is all freshly made and not prepackaged heat up like 95% of the other places out there. Get on the waitlist early, because this place is popular... for good reason.

Wingstop! Mini golf is ok. Plenty of bars if you are an alcoholic, which 99% of SA is. Theatre is great if you have money to burn or no kids. Overall, a one-stop plaza to pick up drunk married women who leave there kids. And later, take them to see a movie in a theatre her family could not otherwise afford. Now that I'm single with money to burn, I can't find a women deserving of such treatment, but desperate drunks do desperate things.

I seen the movie intruder, man it was crazy, i spilled my drink i got so scared. The theater was remodeled, so many new varieties of snacks and now wine. Staff tonight on point, very efficient plenty of parking spaces restrooms were clean one of the pumps that have the soap in them was out but they had one more that had soap in it so I'm still okay,i dislike the hand dryers, i wish they had paper towels but still on point

  • Eleda 1377

By far THE BEST THEATRE IN SA!! If you're going to pay $5.25 for a regular drink you might as well have the seats in the house!!! Awesome push button reclining seats equipped with drink holder, retractable trays, and moveable arm rest. Well worth the pricey concession prices. If you haven't been to this theatre I suggest GOING. Seating is reserved, but that just guarantees you got the best seats. Love this theatre!

  • Marisol Askey

Great little center... The remodeled Santikos theater is top notch, Don't miss Saeb Thai if you like Thai food. The Starbucks has nitro coffee!!!! Try it, you will love it but then you will be sad that not all Starbucks have it. Big Hops is great for the beer peeps. Hobby lobby takes care of the old ladies and caters to people who want to spend hours in line watching cheap people argue over a three cent discount.

  • Marla Dean

Love this small venue theater! It's much smaller and less glitzy than the huge Santikos entertainment centers in the city, which have their place. With it's small auditoriums and old Hollywood decor, it's the perfect theater for a quiet dinner and a movie date or a fun Sunday morning show. However, it doesn't lack for big screens, a good sound system and comfy recliner seats.

  • Gilbert Franklin

I'm one of the lucky ones. Many who go to this cluster of shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues pass through the intersection of Hwy 281 & Bitters (yuk). Not me... I sneak in through the back door. Just over a mile up West Ave from my home, I turn in on Embassy Oaks Dr and Bingo, I'm there! Virtually no traffic. HA!

  • A M

A decent little shopping center with some average things. The area around it is a bit run down, but there's a fantastic mini golf place right there: 18 holes at $8-10 a person. Go midday during the week and it won't be too busy. Avoid bringing a stroller unless you've got one that's easy to carry up/down stairs.

  • Felix Hernandez

The parking is ridiculous but I guess that isn't the store's and restaurant's fault... but there's Magnolia Haus which is a must go for breakfast and brunch. They also have Fast Eddies for billiards and darts and plenty of tv's for sports. Overall it's a small shopping center with not too many stores.

  • Mon Ster

You can spend your whole day here. First go to Magnolia Pancake Haus for the best breakfast in San Antonio, then you could go to Lazer Quest or embassy mini golf for a few hours, then catch a movie at the theater and have enough time to have some drinks and amazing pool tables to finish the night.

  • Mike Eastman

Just visited the Magnolia Pancake Haus in the shopping center. Pancake Haus is excellent for mornings and brunch. Long waits are typical, because food is excellent and there are extensive menu offerings. Good wait area under pergola outside. Gluten free offerings!!! Very pleasant experience.

  • Jeff Contreras

Beyond going to the theater I haven’t spent too much time around Embassy Oaks. I will go to some of the restaurants around there from time to time. The selection is a good. There is a bar or two around there that seem to be popular, but I don’t know much about them. Mini golf is fun though!

  • Michelle M

Fun... if your going to max and Louies on a Sunday you need to get on waitlist early, early, early. Remember... they open at like 7AM so by the time you think of going the waitlist could be long. I suggest get on waitlist by 10AM, go do things and you will be eating by 11:30 or 12:30.

  • Kerri Lynch

The location and decor is perfect, staff is excellent. My only issue is being rushed from people behind our party, kinda seemed to remove the fun of our adventure. Next time those people can go around us if they are not patient! It WAS a great experience though, thank you very much.

  • Brandon

Went to watch deadpool 2 ever since the remodel this is the only theater we go to now. Love the smaller theater, spacious walkways between the rows, and of course the comfortable recliners. Only thing is wish it was a little cooler temp wise due to the heat from the leather seats.

  • Tim Trerise

When we came to the Embassy Oaks Shopping Area, we visited the Pancake Haus. very yummy breakfasts there. Lots of different pancakes many waffles and sides that will fill your every fantasy for breakfast food. Definitely a recommended stop when you're in the San Antonio area.

  • Ryan Moran

Been my home bar for years. Has a bar for all scenes. Fast Eddie's for sine billiards, darts, and pingpong and big fight showings. 502 and their live music scene with bands scheduled every week. And oasis has some if the best drink deals on the strip. Great place to hang out

  • Alexander Cortez

İ had date night on sunday and just wanted say that Santikos Embassy Theater has real ramped up there movie experance with recliner seats and more space to move around , there were only 36 seats in the entire theater. Oh cant forget the full bar and plenty of muchies. …

  • Bettina Diaz

Our family loved the up to date way that we could pay for our tickets and reserve our seats as we paid for our tickets at the same time, out side the theater door. My family loved the reclining seats and how clean the theater was. Our family will come again.

  • Sherry Schodts

Seniors' ticket prices are much cheaper @ Embassy than Palladium, so we drive 44 miles from our home to see movies that appeal to us. The Epic nachos are good; we had cocktails & nachos @ the bar. Used my rewards to help pay for it. Every bit helps!

  • Patricia Ann Payne

I do not shop at this Center however I do frequently eat at Max and Louie's, a New York Diner that is 'slap yourself good.' You must visit that place. The portions are huge for the reasonable prices and the Waiters are ready to graciously serve you.

  • Patricia Zimbicki

Embassy 14 is our favorite movie theater. Gotten use to picking seats. Love love the seats. Love that Santikos gives back to the community. Bathrooms are always clean. The staff is amazing. A very enjoyable experience. I go at least once a week.

  • Melody Booth

I went to the theater there and saw "Yesterday". I really enjoyed it and the theater was spacious and had comfortable seating. They also had personal servers if you wanted to order food without leaving the movie. I did so and the food was good.

  • Betsy Garvel

Best Place to get all your painting supplies . People are so friendly & helpful. Sid and Leslie were Wonderful!! They got me everything I needed & helped get it into the SUV and gave great assistance and professional tips for great results.

  • Josh M.

This place has a few bars/poolhall a brewery, some food joints and a movie theater. The only thing is that when its packed you will be walking a little ways to get to your destination. The parking lot fills up friday and saturday nights.

  • Mike A

Good little shopping center. It has several restaurants including Magnolia Pancake Haus and an Italian restaurant. This area also has a movie theater and a Hobby Lobby. Finally this area has a lot of fast food restaurants around it.

  • Fred Sotelo

Magnolia Pancake Haus is a great place for breakfast and lunch, you just have to go and discover this awesome restaurant in San Antonio,Tx just Google it !!! You'll love it and will tell all your friends about it !! God bless......

  • Levanuel Goethe

Best tasting buttermilk pancakes in town. Not fluffy but, the taste is devine. Be sure to arrive early (it's small and the place folks quickly). If, you are willing to wait (if late) you will not be dissatisfied or disappointed.

  • Erick Morales

I normally come here to gather with my friends after work. PKs is a great place for affordable drinks. Right next door is a Fast Eddie's, my home away from home not to mention Oasis where they have great drink specials as well.

  • Tanya Dillard

Love the atmosphere and the movie .... My only concern is if you have soy based products it should be listed somewhere.... I had an allergic reaction to the popcorn .... Mostly my fault because I did not take the time to ask ;)

  • Cara J

Went to the mexican place...Las Balitos....foods is always good and you get a lot.....i love that they have a salsa bar with marinated carrots and jalapeños ... ....we always have nice waitresses, they make us feel like family

  • Priscilla Rios

Me and my husband went bar hopping. The bar we went to was nice and laid back but the parking lot is a whole different story. One guy almost got hit because he walked into traffic drunk. They also have a nice movie theater.

  • Rafael De La Fuente

One of the best BBQ places in town! Their Mac n cheese has bacon and brisket in it ! The meat is always cooked well. The sides are really good. Price is reasonable. Parking can be a challenge as it is not a large place.

  • Sochi Dirian

  • Elcazer Elcazer

food was better than average but very.expensive side.dishes and some hash.browns tasted burned plus they add 2% at ur.bill for some back staff tips this is besides you paying your reg tip i was not happy for this !!

  • Julio D (JD)

Good beer selection and tasty food! Patio needs more fans and better shade. The hanging shade has lots of spots where the sun beams in and makes part of the seating uncomfortable. Still a great place to get beer.

  • George Valdillez

Theater is sanitary and very comfortable. Concession counter has a large assortment of snacks and goodies. Movie tickets are compatible with other theaters. Theater seating is excellent. Restrooms are very clean.

  • Chris Lowman

  • Edward Medina

This shopping center is one of longest standing on the north central side... it's had tenants come, and go. Now that Max & Louie's is there, and expanded it's brought new life to a great little shopping center.

Great center to have dinner and catch a movie. Lots of great, and good variety, dining options. Try Max & Louie's for sure - a must. A great place to spend the afternoon into the evening.

  • Ken Garden

It was a great first time experience, the recling seats are a great thing for us older patrons. But make sure you take a small blanket, as the temp makes you feel like your in an icebox.

  • Michael Wilson

We went to go to the movie theater. There was plenty of parking. It is centrally located to many other businesses. This makes it easier as you can do all you need or want in one trip.

  • Brian Stanford

It's one of the better theaters....seats are amazing....wiukd be nice if they delivered the food so you don't need to kiss the movie at all...but other than that...great place !!!

Signs aren't neon bright here, but it is worth it so that the neighborbood is maintained as darker and quiet at night. A lovely sbopping center with plenty of parking.

  • Texan American

Magnolia breakfast is good, including egg whites, sausage, pancakes and bacon but their hashbrown is not. I think they use a lot of garlic or something that ruins it

  • Maricella Garcia

Bowlero is an excellent bowling alley with about 48 lanes and awesome daily deals. In the same plaza is the miniature golf which is also a good price for the course.

  • Meta Schmitz

Wow this place has gone downhill. 20 years ago this was a nice place. Now it's truly awful. I'm disappointed in my town. They could have done so much with this area.
