After taking a quote from another plumber to fix a leaking tap, I paid the call out fee, organised him to come the next day to do the job. But he didn’t turn up as agreed. So, when I called his company, I was informed that the plumber was caught up at another urgent job and can only come the next day (while I had been waiting for him to turn up for hours already). I didn’t want to postpone my job as I had a leaking tap that urgently needed to be repaired. So, I took a plumber’s number from google search, and rang Ben from Endeavour Plumbing. Gratefully his quote was more than 1/3 less than the previous plumber’s quote. - No call out fee. - Came on time did the job in less than half an hour. Thank you, Ben, for being so professional, prompt and reasonable.

Used their services a second time today. A burst cold cold water pipe in my kitchen sink this time, all completed promptly and without drama or painful billing. Another plumber quoted $1500 (Metropolitan Plumbing- avoid at all costs) for the same job, whilst EP charged a lot, lot less and didn't pretend replacing a mixer tap required specialist expertise and rare pipes. Previously hired EP for a difficult tap repair and it's still working fine. Good honest service and fair prices, I would definitely recommend Endeavour Plumbing and will use them again when the need arises.

Had issues with two toilets and Ben was very responsive to my phone call...excellent communication and showed up when he said he would. Something that is unheard of with tradespeople, for the most part. He knew what had to be done and got straight onto fixing the issues.
