Ich habe kürzlich versucht, ein Fahrzeug bei Enterprise in Trudering anzumieten, und ich kann mit Sicherheit sagen, dass es die schlechteste Erfahrung war, die ich je mit einem Mietwagenunternehmen gemacht habe. Der Kundenservice war miserabel, und sie haben mich beim Tanken schamlos belogen. Als ich das Auto abholte, wurde mir gesagt, dass der Tank voll sei und ich damit eine Reichweite von 600 Kilometern habe. Gutgläubig vertraute ich darauf und fuhr los. Doch als ich das Fahrzeug zurückbrachte und den Tank wieder volltanken wollte, bemerkte ich sofort, dass der Kilometerstand bei 730 Kilometern lag. Das bedeutet, dass das Fahrzeug nicht vollständig aufgetankt war, als ich es erhalten habe. Ich sprach das Problem sofort beim Kundenservice an, doch anstatt sich zu entschuldigen oder eine Lösung anzubieten, wurde mir nur gesagt, dass ich das Auto mit vollem Tank zurückgeben müsse, wie es im Vertrag steht. Das war absolut unakzeptabel! Ich wurde bei der Abholung getäuscht und musste jetzt dafür büßen, dass ich ihren Fehler entdeckt hatte. Es ist unverständlich, wie ein renommiertes Unternehmen wie Enterprise solche unlauteren Geschäftspraktiken anwendet. Kunden sollten darauf vertrauen können, dass die Angaben zum Tankinhalt korrekt sind, aber hier wurde ich bewusst hinters Licht geführt. Ich rate jedem dringend davon ab, bei Enterprise in Trudering ein Fahrzeug zu mieten. Sie werden mit falschen Versprechungen und einem unehrlichen Kundenservice konfrontiert. Es gibt viele andere Mietwagenunternehmen, die einen besseren Service bieten und ihre Kunden respektieren. Spart euch den Ärger und sucht euch eine vertrauenswürdige Alternative. Ich bin von meiner Erfahrung mit Enterprise in Trudering zutiefst enttäuscht und werde nie wieder ihre Dienste in Anspruch nehmen.

If there’s an option to give no star, that would be perfect for what I’ve been through last week. So I first chose to rent a car at Europcar but was terrified by the absolutely worst customer reviews they got on Google maps so I canceled my order and went with Enterprise instead. I got to Enterprise 30 mins before the pickup time and waited for like 45 minutes cuz I was told the car was on the way. The staff all looked very friendly and they letted me sign the contract before the car has arrived. Even tho I had no trouble understanding German, I trusted the staff too much that I didn’t pay much attention to the contract before signing it. Little did I know, I got a car that already had accidents and even the VW emblem was missing. (i have no proof that they didn’t tell me the condition of the car, but I mean who would willingly take a damaged car?) I knew I couldn’t do anything at the point, so very unwillingly I had to take the car. Luckily the car didn’t have big troubles during the trip, except the emergency calling function had an error. After I returned from the trip, a lady came to check the car and noticed that there was one damage on the front passenger’s door that was not documented in their system. Thank god I had taken pictures before taking off and it proved that this damage was already there before my rental started. Otherwise I had to pay for it. If I ought to give you advice, 1. sign the contract after you see the condition of the car 2. take photos from all sides, interior included 3. all car rental companies in Munich have terrible reviews,i literally have no idea which one you should turn to, but probably not this one 4. Just left the place after attempting o discuss changing dates. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour right from the outset. I spoke to 2 colleagues here less than a month back. He just walks away from the discussion. You are at a customer facing service. And the nice earlier colleagues had told me that they had booked a car without distance limit although on paper it said it was limited to 2100. I had asked the nice colleagues how come it says 2100 on the confirmation and he said “No problem. I have mentioned that in the system”. Now the disinterested colleague from today said that’s not possible and there is a KM limit. And he does not wait to discuss and just walks away. If you aren’t interested in talking to a customer like me then just mention that straightforward in my face.

I booked a car trough enterprise app. Normaly i Book a car in Ebersberg where i didn’t have any problema. Staff was great and friendly. But Yesterday i take car hier in Trudering. They offered me 4 cars, 3 of them were in smaller class that i booked. And for one that was in my class they wanted me to charge ekstra 15€/day. I spoke to other employess they told me that that isn’t fear. So i have only one option for a car that i didn’t need to pay exstra. For all other 3 cars they wanted me to charge ekstra. I think problem is the staff and servise.

This was my first experience with Enterprise. I originally booked the "mystery car" option and was very disappointed to receive Ford Fiesta (the option cost more than booking Ford Fiesta directly). But for a small surcharge I received Opel Grandland X with a diesel engine. The car was very comfortable for a long trip for 4 people. Very friendly staff. The manager Claudia was quick to prepare the car, was responsive and answered all questions. Thanks to the Enterprise-team for a great experience :)

Professional and customer oriented. Cars are pretty new and in good condition (we had a i30). Close to public transport, a petrol station is just 20 meters away, so you can fill petrol on arrival. Easy to reach from the central station or the motorway, and you avoid the intense Munich traffic.

Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass mein Fahrzeug stehen geblieben ist, wurde ich zum Zwecke der Anmietung eines Leihfahrzeugs an Enterprise weitergeleitet. Innerhalb einer Stunde erhielt ich einen Anruf und einen sofortigen Termin. Die Abwicklung vor Ort verlief reibungslos. Gerne wieder!

Selina and Massamba were life savers. I’m from the US and needed a car immediately due to the situation I was in. They both knew pretty good English and were able to get me in a very clean and reliable vehicle for the day. Much appreciated!

Sehr schmutzige und nicht getankte Autos Letzte 3 Mal immer mit halbstündige Verspätung Wagen zum Ford geliefert. Ford befindet sich 500m von der Filiale entfernt

Sehr guter Kundenservice. Anmietung und Rückgabe ohne Probleme. Einziger Nachteil, kein Nachtbriefkasten (Schlüsselrückgabe) vorhanden.
