This review is for the receptionists only who are not friendly enough at all. Except Ritu, she is a very friendly And understanding receptionist. Others are so rude. Usually when i reach on time, i have to wait for my turn which is totally fine to me to wait. Today i had an appointment on 11:40, and it was 11:39am when she called me and said that i have to be on time and have to be there 10 mins early. I reached at 11:41am. I felt offended. The one who had an appointment at 11:10am was seen at 11:55am. Though they never apologise for when i reached on time and seen late by doctor. I am coming here just because of the doctor - Sonia. I forgot my mask at home and when i asked the receptionist for the mask, she said we can’t provide you mask all the time. What is the issue if they can provide mask when others provide mask box at the counter.

I have been coming to this clinic from last 15 years. Dr Sonia and Dr Santokh are the best doctors and treat patients with high degree of Care and professionalism.They take time to listen and provide the best care,They are very kind, friendly and professional.Thank you very much for giving your expert advice whenever i needed. At times you may have to wait to see them as they are busy as people prefer their advice , the wait is understandable as we all know the circumstances of which the medical profession is going through - Covid, flu and other viruses. would surely recomend Dr Sonia and Dr Singh . Thank you to both for provide the best care to me and my family. Lastly I would also like to thank the rest of the staff at the clinic for their assistance. God luck and keep helping patients.

I would highly recommend the clinic after having my three visits in last week. I found the reception staff and the doctors to be the most approachable in patient treatments. I came to the clinic without any appointment due to some emergent medical condition and was being treated immediately with minimal waiting. What prompted me to write this review is the Outstanding commitment towards the patients by the doctors here even if you are new to that service just like my case. My husband is visiting the clinic from last six years and I came to the clinic three weeks ago. But I was in complete awe of the service and treatment provided by dr. Sonia. I found her to be extremely kind and knowledgeable.

Old lady at reception is very rude.. if there is option for zero star i want to give that to her.. i was with my 1 year old daughter in lap.. she speak so rude. Ask my husband to leave the clinic and said only one person can stay. I was there for vaccine for my baby so i definitely need my husband but she ask him to leave. Although i ask her if u have one mask can u please give me ? She said no in very rude way… how come they dont have any disposable mask in hospital.. seriously i am totally upset from her.. dont want to go there again.. she is working there from long i think thats why she is having attitude…

On my last visit I was prescribed a medication that is extremely dangerous for asthmatics, which I am, unfortunately i didnt know until I had to look up best time to take medication. The dr should have a record of previous asthma preventative medications being prescribed. I have been a patient on and off for more than 15 yrs. This has cost me in money as I have had another medication which after 3 different second opinions, I didn't really need. One of the receptionists is extremely rude. I will not be returning.

This is a HORRIBLE clinic. I came here for the first time and will never come back again. My appointment was at 2 o’clock and I reached there at 2:05. They were very rude and said the doctor had already left and there was nothing they could do they didn’t even bother apologising for wasting our time. The staff was very disrespectful.I had picked up both my kids from school early and took leave. This a very unprofessional clinic and I would recommend never coming here.

This medical center has to be one of the worst in Epping. No care for patient rather than Dr Santokh Singh was worried about why the patient has not visited their family doctor since he believed we were substituting for his own patients. I have never encountered such a pathetic justification from a doctor. The doctor has a duty to look after the patients who come under his care. Never visiting this centre again!!!!

I had an appointment with doctor singh due to misunderstanding we want one day before on the exact date we requested to receptionist to ask doctor if he can attend today but she didn’t ask to doctor and she said No he can not see you today. I want from Taylors hill to epping. This is totally disappointing. Usually we always go to epping clinic.i will never come back and not recon to anybody

Mum and I have been seeing Dr Sonia and Dr Singh for a very long time and they are the most wonderful,kind and respectful people you will ever meet. They are extremely knowledgeable people. Dr Sonia is the best doctor with her great experience. I started going to other doctors due to Epping Clinic's change of opening hours recently, but eventually ended up coming back to Dr Sonia and Dr Santokh Singh again. Didn’t make it inside this clinic because there was a male Doctor who stood outside yelling at people with no mask that they cannot go in the clinic & they were not welcome. So upsetting as I had heard many good reviews for Sonya. Not sure why he needed to yell lol. But I won’t be coming back here again unfortunately.

Dr singh and Dr sonia both husband wife are the best doctors in Melbourne... They both r not just a doctor they treat us like their own kids specially Dr singh.... Today I visited there, the old lady with specx she speak so rude to me even she don’t have manners how to behave with patients, I forgot my mask she lied to me they don’t have then after few minutes she gave to me , it’s a request to clinic please improve your clinic aura. Thank you

Long waiting. They ask to book appointment but even with appointment you have to wait on average 40 minutes becoz they are too busy attending walk-ins. I wouldn't recommend booking appointment at all at this place, just walk in.

I went to see Dr. Santokh Singh, he did not listen to my problem. He does not care what you are saying. Very rude. If you want a good care, please go and see doctor somewhere else.

Doctor does not know how to talk to patients. He shouted and misbehave to my wife and mother. If he doesn’t know how to talk to the women then I would not recommend him at all

Dr Sonia Bhullar at Epiping clinic is simply brilliant. She is skilled, efficient and has a wonderful manner with patients. I am always confident in her care.

First time bringing my kids here and the receptionist was so rude to the point where I felt like walking out if my kids weren't sick I wouldn't have stayed.

To long waiting in that time I have problems and one mam say me stay out I was still waiting for 30 min and then no response not good
