Would have said great experience there but if I could give 0 stars I would. NOT COOL to tell a patient thats been going for years that there doctor can't accept them in the clinic because its been "Over a year since last visit." ESPECIALLY when I call to book an appointment and she had so many openings...... SO MANY. I had options to choose from. Then, I get a call from front desk saying that because it has been a year, my doctor can't accept me.... That's just completely harsh. Empathy? None. Trying to figure out your health problems and have been dropped by your doctor? AWESOME. Trying to find a new doctor? NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE? Struggling and feeling defeated? YUP. My entire family goes to that clinic.... They all have the same doctor... but because I was newer to the area.. and dr. Geoffrey wasn't accepting new patients... I had dr. Haraphonse. Not happy. I came out of my way to see her.........And I don't think she realizes how I would jump through hoops to do so. Still she's more knowledgeable than those walk-in clinics... but it seems pretty evident that she only has you come in for the pay cheque... was on a birth control that didn't give me issues... But getting a refill was near impossible.... I'd been prescribed a year before at once so I could go to pharmacy and pick up every 3 months.... When I drive out of my way .. 45 mins one way... was in school and working..... to go there for a whole 2 second appt... just to refill birth control? every 2 months? and if I couldn't get in there... it screws with my hormones and cycle. There was zero follow up. And when needing to see her... and she has availability.... WHY can I not come in? No reason other than the amount of time it has been since. Well... Ya I go to walk in when its more convienient based on schedule and appt. availability sometimes... but for actual assistance? where is it when needed. Thanks for adding unnecessary stress. Why is it that.... someone who has been a patient for over 5 years can't see her doctor just because life got a bit busy and she hadn't been in for a while? if you have open availability... TAKE YOUR PATIENTS IN. DON'T MAKE THEIR LIFE HARDER THAN IT ALREADY IS. now , I am sorry for the angry review. I am very frustrated. Sad, and hurt. And it sucks that finding a doctor is near impossible. That is why I am leaving this review now. I would not have this issue of searching... otherwise. Kinda really hurts my heart ... and my head... especially when there's a need for specialist referrals. Would love if you could fix this mishap. I would adjust my review if you fixed this. I do not know what I did to have no lenience on still accepting your patient.... I am sure there are many people who don't see their doctor for some time.. so I don't know why that was given as an excuse to me.

Really lovely place! Friendly, communicative, and has helped keep my family, my partner, and I in good health for years. I see Dr. Wash, and he's taken excellent care of me. Dr. Wash is an extremely knowledgeable chronic pain specialist. I have two chronic illnesses and he's been immensely patient with helping me untangle them. He's patient-focused, compassionate, and humble, and will always give you as much time as you need during an appointment (even if he has to stay late! I think he works too hard). And he listens carefully when a patient talks about side effects or worrying symptoms, or has reservations about a treatment plan. Unlike many other doctors I've seen, I feel as if he's working WITH me, instead of just telling me what to do. Thanks to Dr. Wash, I'm still on my feet, able to walk around, and living well; I doubt I would be without his help! My partner sees Dr. Jeffery, also at this clinic. He's helped him manage his chronic migraines and depression quite well. I haven't had an appointment with Dr. Jeffery myself, but can report that he really goes over & above as a doctor. He'll often spend extra time looking things up for patients or trying to find better solutions for issues, even if they're already solved.

I have been coming to this clinic since June 2022. I have always been on time. I think I ran late once but I could be mistaken. It’s about 30 minutes away from where I live. I have always waited to be seen the by doctor between 10 to 20 minutes every single time. I was 10 minutes late to my appointment today and I didn’t call because I didn’t think I was going to be that late and I was driving knowing that if I had so stop to make the call, it will take me longer to arrive. The receptionist was passive aggressive and unprofessional in her communication with me. It’s not just what we say, it is how we say it, too. There was zero consideration to the efforts I have been making to get to my appointment, how I have always been on time or how I will be waiting one week to get a prescription I need. The receptionist’s approach lacked hospitality, but most importantly, it wasn’t neruodivergently* informed. Please, train your staff to treat people with respect, dignity, and compassion, and when you have multiple complaints regarding the same employee, please, hold them accountable..

If I could give it zero stars then I would. I have been trying to make an appointment with this place since January. I suffer from depression and I’m trying to get back on my antidepressants. So it’s a serious, time sensitive thing. The website says their hours are from 8am-8pm. You call them and the voice message you get says they’re open from 8am-4pm. So how come when I call at 830am it says they’re closed? How come when I call at 1:30pm it says they’re closed? Don’t waste your time trying to get a hold of this place. What a joke. I’m glad I’m strong enough and I’ve been able to push through 5 months without my antidepressants. Shame on you ermineskin medical clinic. Shame on you Dr. Soni.

Honestly I would have done a 5 star review if not for one issue I keep coming up against: a busy phone line. Almost everytime I call, the "line busy" signal occurs. It takes me several tries to get through, if I can. Overall the staff here have been helpful. My doctor is professional and actually cares about my wellbeing. I just need to be able to make appointments to see my doctor... Which requires being able to call.

I asked for a referral back in in November. Every time I call no one is able to help me. When I went in to get the referral they were dismissive and unhelpful. Dr. Richie always rushes me in and out. I am always on hold when I call. I am over this clinic. They make me feel like I am unimportant and annoying.

I have been seeing Dr. Jansma for nearly 20 years now and she has always taken care of my routine check ups and any medical concerns I have. She is professional and has a calm demeanour. Her staff are friendly and always on time. I appreciate her care of me all these years. Thank you!

Dr. Glenn Jeffery has been my doc for 25 years. I don't tend to leave reviews, but I thought he deserves a thumbs up. Without question one of the most thorough and caring physicians I have ever met. A top tier professional and a really nice person. Keep up the great work. Graham

Dr.Glenn Jeffery has been since I was born. Usually don’t leave reviews but after I went in for a physical I felt I should. He was very thorough and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. Best doctor out there.

The receptionist will not help you at all. One of the worst services I ever have and my expectations were low. They do not treat us well, my wife had a severe pain in the abdomen and they dismissed us like garbage

Dr.Ricthie has been my doctor for over 40 years I have always received very good medical care from Dr.Ricthie it will be very hard to find a different Doctor when he does retire from practicing medicine.

Dr. Haraphongse is by far the best Dr. I have had in my adult life. I hope everyone is lucky enough to have a Doctor that cares so much about their patients. Clinic staff are always friendly and helpful.

The lady that answers the phone is rude and not a friendly person. Not helpful, not caring. If she worked for my company, she would only last a day. She should get out of healthcare...

Dr. Glenn Jeffery has been my pysician for over 15 years. He is hands down one of the best doctors in this city and is always very understanding with any concern I come to him with.

Trying to get a hold of the clinic is never easy. Always get a " the person your calling ..." and yes it is the actual clinics number. I checked with the clinic itself.

Turned me away when I needed a WCB claim. I have been w/ this practice for more than 6 years and when I need them they can't get me in within 48 hours .

I waited for for 2 months to see this doctor, gave me 3 weeks of pills and never even followed up to see how things were going. This place is a joke
