I was having trouble with my front door lock and was hesitant to call out a locksmith thinking they would say that it needed to be replaced and would cost at least a couple of hundred dollars. Eventually I called Essential Locksmiths at St Marys and thankfully I spoke to Glenn who was kind enough to squeeze me in that afternoon. Glenn came on time, was very professional and knowledgeable, he told me that the lock only needed an adjustment and didn't need to be replaced, which was music to my ears. Not only that, but he only charged me the call out fee, I'm so lucky and grateful to him for looking after me as I am a single parent and dont have money to waste. I was so happy with Glenn's service and a quote he gave me for all window locks that I will now be going ahead with that. Thank you Glenn & Essential Locksmiths for doing the right thing.

The guy (sorry forgot the name) who came to rescue me and my wife from sleeping in our car was very helpful, professional and has good sense of humour too. He was able to unlocked the house main door for less than 3 minutes (yes I've timed it ). Price is reasonable too for an emergency call at about 8:30pm. Fully recommended. We get keys cut on a regular basis for our profession. We had a set of keys cut howevever they did not work. The teeth looked exactly the same but the end was missing a teeth section and was uncut. Although the key teeth were the same the bloke at counter tells us its not the same. Anyway left his key on the counter and he can keep his money. I cannot understand the reviews if service is like this.

We lost our Apartment keys, so we need to Re-key our locks, Thank you Trevor for a job well done on changing our locks, now we can have the peace of mind that whoever might have found our keys that it will no longer be valid, Price is very reasonable as well for $121.00 that is including the $70 call out fee and additional locks to Re-key is $40.00.

Took our door lock down to these guys and because it was a Bunnings lock they didn’t have what was needed but he came up with an idea he wasn’t sure would work but we had nothing to loose so went with it. And it works better than it ever did and only charged us $5 could not believe it so very happy Thank you

The process was very short and I was in and out in two minutes. The cuts were extremely cheap and Matt went out of his way for service. He cut my keys even though they were about to close Anderson me pay with eftpos even though I didn’t reach the minimum. This place is the best.
