Poor service when issue presented - Pumped gas and got a car wash - pay at pump. Upon going through the wash I realized my receipt showed I was charged for Supreme instead of Regular. When I talked to the attendant I was told I must have hit the wrong button, despite the buttons being nearly opposite ends of the machine and I clearly recall pressing the Regular one. When suggesting that they may need to check the pump I was told "There is nothing wrong with the pump, you are clearly mistaken and hit the wrong button, the pump is fine" Now I could have somehow bumped the button, but to flat out say the equipment is fine without a pause is dismissive and unacceptable in my opinion. I would like to be sure that at a minimum I actually got the Supreme gas I paid and extra 16cents per litre for (20% more than the regular I chose) Will not be returning

I pre-selected $30 amount and pre-paid before lifting nozzle. After taking nozzle I selected regular-87 grade gas (which I always do for my Honda Civic 2022) at $1.44/L and started fueling. After a while I noticed its taking supreme+ 93 grade gas at $1.81/L instead of regular-87 grade which I selected. I immediately stopped fueling (already $17 fueled) and went inside to the cash counter. Told about the issue to a cashier, but he just told me it shouldn’t be happened. I told him, it overcharged me. I dont want any supreme gas and for confirmation, you can check the CCTV footage, but he refused to do that ignored to provide a solution for this issue. They overcharged me with giving me supreme+ gas without my concent and resfued to provide any assistance / solution /.... Worst cashier, worst service, totally unprofessional stuff.

Gas price is low comparing to nearby stations. But the customer service is very poor. Today bought a full tank of gas, went to the inflate my tires. Tried to activate the machine with credit card tap, but the tap was not working. I went to the office, got change of a toony and inserted a dollar and two quarters. The machine just made a start sound and stopped. I went and told the employees they just replied insert a dollar and half again. I told him I just inserted, he gave such all look that I was lying and replied he has nothing to do. I just left the station and is not going to buy anything from there again.

$10 STOLEN FROM ME -- After filling up my gas, I went inside the store to pay for the gas and bought some lottery tickets. I also went to redeem my winning ticket for $10 and four free tickets. The clerk at this Esso Circle K only gave me four free tickets, but not my $10 and he ripped my ticket. I asked him about the $10 I won, and he said "no, you only won the free tickets". He has stolen from me. I called them and they told me to come back in the morning. It was on May 16, 2023 at 8:32 PM (also on my purchase receipt as pictured). I still have a picture of my ticket from before the clerk ripped it up.

29th September 2020 around 9 am I went to pay for my gas and person (owner) did not ask me for car wash according to the company rules if they don't it's free so I asked him for the car wash and he call me sick and he said go to the head office and complain I'm not giving you. So I did call to head office and they give me points for free car wash. Right after next day 29th September around 10am I went there and same person came over and denied to serve me. He was very very rude and disrespectful. I called head office and file complain. They said they will call me I'm still waiting see what happen.

I went in to buy some energy drinks that were listed on the fridge for 3 for $7. It says 444-510ml for the drink size and my energy drinks were 473ml. Monster original. Learn to advertise properly if you don't want to lose customers. You tried to rip me off for an extra 6 dollars when my total should have been 7.80. I know how much three original monsters cost. Oh yeah, shell is nearby and has better gas prices and just better quality gas in general. Go here if you want to get ripped off for no reason. Go to shell at Gerrard and Blantyre. Best station in the city

Went in here for a fill up and a car wash. Paid $12.99 for a carwash and the car was just as dirty when it was finished then when it started. I went to the guy at the cash to complain and he gave me a rewash and told me if it is still bad go somewhere else to get my car washed. WARNING - Don't get your cash washed here it is useless and a waste of money and they don't really give a damn.

Horrible gas station!! The staff members are not professional. They speak in their own language and eats donuts while you're up paying for fuel, and the Tim Hortons in this gas station are just as bad!! Speaks their own language and sells very burnt coffee. The staff members there does not represent ESSO very well. They always look grumpy and does not care!! Never coming here!!

Consistently cheapest prices this side of town for a national brand gas station, but service to match those low prices. Not an issue if you don't run into any issues, and/or can pay at the pump. Can get packed as well, since the prices are notably lower. Expect to spend at least a good hour of your life in line for a wash during prime time on a good weather day.

Such a pleasure interacting with Shabi each morning. He acknowledges each and every customer and ensures they feel welcome. It's nice to experience his pleasant customer service on a regular basis! I usually find their gas prices are always reasonable as well!

Worst gas station ever. There is always some issue with their pumps, and there are always a lot of people loitering on the grounds. The customer service is subpar at both the gas station and the tim Hortons inside. I Do not recommend visiting this esso.

Most of the pums are broken. It pumps less gass but charges more. Most of the pumps stops every other 4 litters. Doesnt pump continuously but keeps charging. I have told them hundred times but they never lesson. they sucks customers money.

DO NOT VISIT! This location is unsafe, there are always vagrants/homeless people in front of the store and on the carwash driveway. Clearly ownership, head office and the police don't care.

I had to pay $3 to put air into my two bikes while I was with my kids. I asked one of the employees and said I would have to pay. I thought putting air into the bike is free?

Purchased a regular car wash. Satisfied with the wash but the blower dryer at the end of the wash did not operate. Not a happy camper

12 pumps. Car wash. Small convenience store with a Timmies. No Timmies drive thru. Small lot with a lot of traffic.

Speed pass not working several times. Hustle if you have kids with you paying gas inside the store
