I put 40 dollars of gas in my tank using my debit card at the pump on August 16th around 5pm. As I was pulling out of the lot onto the street an employee came running after me, so I pulled into the next lot. He accused me of stealing gas.... I stated how I used my debit card and he claims I didn't and that he authorized the pump. So after stating my case that I would gladly go inside and pay "If" the transaction didn't go and explaining that this is an honest mistake, he still said he would call the cops on me and was very rude about it while I was being polite. "Why would I stop if I stole gas and why would I not fill my whole tank as well" anyway I told him I will look on my bank app and see and he's like it won't be there and took my licence plate number and walked back into the store. I opened my app and the transaction was there "-40 dollars at esso". I showed the employee and he said he needs a picture and will tell his manager... never apologized to me so I told him off with a few unpleasant words in front of other customers. Either train your employees how to talk to customers or fire this employee. I am supervisor in a world class company this guy would be suspended or fired for talking to a customer like this. Never accuse someone of being a thief until there's real evidence. I hope Circle K replies to this message as this caused a lot of unwanted stress.

Only 1 star cuz I had to give a star. Rude staff and on the phone the whole time. No pre paid debit at the pumps, I literally got asked or move my car from one pump to another because they couldn’t activate debit at one pump. All squigees were empty and dry as a bone and the gentleman working was too busy with his phone to really work. The pioneer around the corner has cheaper gas and the petro right beside is usually the same price.

We often use the Tim Hortons Drive Through at this location. It is very busy but efficient. We have never had missing items or substandard products. The service afforded by Melissa Waters is always friendly and personable. She still takes the time to interact with her clients even under difficult and stressful conditions. She is a great brand representative.

The Guy who works there is. Terrific, very nice. Unlike the horrible absolute worst employee I have ever dealt with like the horrible man who works at Esso in Third Line and Dundas, Oakville! Mostly night shifts. Tall, white male, miserable, mean, overly a real terrible person. This main guy here is nice, friendly, quick, smiles and overall great.

It's my go to place for Coca-Cola and chips and lottery tickets because it's so close. When it was On-The-Run it was so friendly. Since Circle K took over something changed. I was there Friday May 18 at about 8:00 and the whole time the employee was talking on his cell phone while serving me. Not cool. Oh well Petro-Canada is across the street.

Just got back from the dealership apparently diesel gas was put into the gas tank... How could this even happen they don't even sell diesel gas there!!! And today they coincidentally have no gas? Modern installation with state of the art pump technology. Generally well maintained but people do tend to fill the garbage bins with all the food wrappings they've accumulated since last fill-up, so quite unfairly, the bins need regular attention for trash from other sources like the nearby McDonald's and Tim Hortons.

Convenient location if you are heading south on Guelph line to jump on he hiway. It can be tricky to get to the gas pumps sometimes as the Tim Hortons drive thru can have a pretty large lineup depending on the time of day. Gas prices are in line with whatever the going rate is at the time!

This station is almost always busy and between multiple islands, the convenience store and Horton drive through... it's wise to move carefully on the lot, but it's busy for a reason... it's the place to go for working people on the go. It's all here ...except for a drive through washroom!

If I could give negative stars I would. I had 0 problems with this gas station until this older man started working there and now anytime I try to pay at the pump it NEVER works, it has multiple errors he has to reset the pump, then I’ll go

Main price sign hasn’t worked in weeks. Ever since the new pumps were installed they either are out of order and even had power go out on them mid fill up then told inside that i hadn’t payed even though I did the pay at the pump.

The tim hortons on this property really sucks and is always slow, never has anything I want . The gas station is always busy .. goodluck trying to make a left turn out of the back exit during rush hour it can get pretty sketchy .

Update: this place sucks. Pumps can't take the optimum card even though they say they can. Pumps are so slow to use and the printer was out of paper. Get it together! Pumps wouldn't work. We tried two separate ones.

Wanted to see ID to pump gas, then refused to sell me lottery tickets because I had to at least be 21. Also said I wasn't allowed to talk to a manager when I asked to speak to one. Rude and horrible service.

The Tim Horton's drive through is always quick and staff there are great. The staff in the station itself are great too, I usually visit after work in the evenings and always good service in both areas.

This staton is busy and is always congested whenever I am there I find it it's small and unsafe accidents waiting to happen does anyone kno how many fender benders have been there

Gas is ridiculous right now but the store was clean and so were the pumps. The car wash was quick and did a good job of making our car look nice and squeaky clean

Went when tgey were having a special Circle K day. Extra Staff outside guiding people, offering a bottle of water and coupons for gas ongoing. Very impressed.

Completed service calls for Circle K at this location and invoices were not paid. I would caution anyone looking to do business with this company.

It's an esso. A few cents more than other nearby gas stations, but what do you expect? You roll up, get gas, pay. Nothing more, nothing less.

I went into the store to buy a coke andbtgey did not sell basic coke but a huge variety of diet and zero flavours. Seriously, no coke?

I was there to buy gas had to wait because a other person was in front and it felt like the lady took forever to leave the store etc.

Often a problem with pay at the pump. Either pay at the pump isn't working, or if it is, the pump may not print out a receipt.

The BEST Tim Hortons drive through! The coffee & sandwich orders are always made perfect and the service is so friendly!!
