I don't if any one else also experienced the same. Within a week's time, there have been two occasions (On 6th Mar around 11pm & other at end last week but same time) when I went for the gas I found all the pump stations closed. Many other drivers were also finding the these closed. Yesterday again I found the same with Petro-Canada sign board also switched off. So, I parked my vehicle and went inside to buy something. The man on the counter said sorry I can not accept cards as there is some problem in pos. I asked him if the pumps are also closed due to pos. He replied 'No'. There is no gas available as well so I can not give you gas on cash. VERY STRANGE, two things going wrong at the same time. More so, on both occasions the gas rates increased next day morning (YET ANOTHER A COINCIDENCE or called HOARDING). Other friends may like to share if they noticed it as well. If so, the Ontario govt needs to know through media.

Worst customer service ever/worst car wash in history. I do not recommend you go here. If I could give it a 0 I would. I went into this gas station today (dec 31/2019) at 8:00am. The person behind the counter was very demeaning and offensive. He obvisouly does not know how to communicate properly with others. The car wash wasnt working and he insisted that it was all my fault. It finally worked and he said it was because it needed to be rebooted for the first carwash. I literally drove in 3 times before it worked. The soap didnt go on the entire car and it was still soapy and wet after. The brushes barely touched the car and this is supposed to be their best car wash package.

I went to this gas station for a car wash today, I had the SuperWorks $13 wash but to my surprise the machine didn't wash it fully and the soap was not even washed off the car completely and dripping from the sides. On asking the two kids at the cash register inside for a refund since their machine didn't appear to be in working order as it almost seemed like stopping in the middle of the wash. Instead of listening to my complain they started arguing that there is nothing wrong with the wash and I found them extremely rude. They even don't know the meaning of a customer service, a total rip off and waste of my money. I'll not go to this gas station ever again.

Car wash: under car spray does not work. After soap, high pressure spray does not work, only the spot free rinse works. This leaves a lot of soap on the car. Waste for season pass holders Some of their staff has really poor behaviour especially the cross-eyed guy. Doesn't know how to talk with customers even though he is meeting them for a min or two. Vacuum: broken nozle. Most times season pass does not work.

Went in after paying for gas as I wanted a beverage. I choose one that said 1.49 on the shelf. It rang up 1.69. Now, I get that it's only 0.20, but in this economy it all adds up. The clerk told me he was not able to change the price at all and was forced to pay the 1.69. This is against the Canadian Scanning Code of practice. Either your staff is clueless or I was just lied too by them . I'm being told you don't have something as other staff member directly behind the clerk was pointing to the drawer . Didn't even check . Prices are over inflated. From now on I'm going to pioneer . What a miserable experience. The convience of working around the corner from this location is not worth it .

Today July 26th 2019, this station cheated us. Actually and because I found out their prices mostly are good and low, so I started to not check online the current prices before I want to fill up. However after I did and my truck is taking more than 70 liters I drove around and figured out that they were the highest of everyone else by more than €3 !!

Employees are extremely rude and have 0 people skills. Nothing is more aggravating than having an employee behind the counter ignore a customer who is eager to get home because they are on the phone - even more aggravating they don't even acknowledge you. Then give the customer attitude like they are an interruption to their conversation.

The 2 young boys behind the cash register on todays date in the evening shift does NOT focus at all on customer services as they are looking for songs to play on their cell phone with their wireless ear buds. I came to this location at approximately 9:40pm. These guys need training in customer services as vulgar language was used at me.

The car wash damaged my car and it's confirmed by their own video footage (they showed it to me). Several thousand dollars worth of damage. Do not go here. They made me fill in an internal incident form after about 1 month of chasing them up to do something. No compensation provided thus far.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever experienced, not just at a gas station but anywhere, period. Incredibly rude, presumptuous, obnoxious, and offensive. If you care about your car (or even your mental health) don't go within 100m of this station and its terrible attendants. Ever.

Purchased a 90 day season wash and go pass ($225) . Attempted to use the vacuum which is included but would not scan on multiple visits. Spoke with attendent and manager which ended up being a waste of time. I was directed to call customer service. Absolute joke.

Can only be accessed by traveling south bound on Appleby or west along Dundas. Has 8 pumps, 2 are also diesel. Has an RBC atm, Java independent coffee station, and slushie machine. The convenience store is clean but has a lot of displays.

Car wash is really not good. Still have soap stains on my vehicle. For the money you pay for this, please go to a wash that will take care of the whole vehicle. Used this points for the redemption. Super disappointed with the result.

Car wash did not clean my car property there was soap all over the car . It didnt even dry the vehicle properly spoke to attendant he did nothing to address the issue. Zero customer service !!!! I would not recommend !

Worst car wash in town. Especially if you own a truck don’t bother spending the money. Asked to run it through again to actually clean my truck and was told no. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Love there store. The coffee is excellent with great selection of pastry. They won't let u buy gift card and gas at same time with credit card. That is annoying u have to do 2 separate transactions

This station is typically always busy. If paying inside prepare to wait as there is also always line up. Good staff for the most part and the restrooms are generally in good order.

Horrible people working first doesn't accept international ID, second didn't let to use the washroom without any reason just cause he didn't like my friend. He should be fired.

Always crowded. Sometimes you may not fond a pump right away. It is convenient that there is an entrance to the gas station from the Walmart mall area. It also has a store.

Why is petrol Canada gas more expensive than any other gas station. Driving to Hamilton to save 10 cents per litre. Apparently Hamiltonians get cheaper gas

Worst Petro Canada ever, no matter when you fill outside by using credit card, the receipt is never printed ,you have to go inside to get the receipt.

old Gas station compare to other Petro-canada but not bad. it was busy during my visit and gas discharge rate was low.

Slowest pumps I've been to. The F150 next to me gave up at half a tank. We should have played cards while we waited.

Actually car wash is the main attraction although the teller is a nice person . Gas rates are normal.
