I give this gas station a two-star rating due to poor quality of products and services. The soda lacked flavor, decaf coffee was stale or cold, pumps ran out of receipt paper, and no contactless payment option. Convenience is appreciated, but improvements are needed to better serve customers.

Pumps are now pre-pay only, likely because the owner is too cheap to have them fixed. Now you get to go inside and stand in line for 30 minutes before pumping gas. Have been using this station exclusively since moving to Kanata 3-1/2 years ago but will not go back again.

Have been coming here for years no problem. I paid for a car wash I did not want by accidentally hitting the button at the pump. I brought the receipt back a few days later to request a refund and was denied. Won’t give them 1 star because

Hey everyone! Just wanted to give a shoutout to the awesome staff at the Esso gas station in Kanata . They were incredibly helpful and provided quick service. It's always a pleasure stopping by there. Highly recommend!

This Esso has a car wash (non-contactless) and usually the gas price is s few cents lower than the other nearby gas stations. You can also get points with your PC Optimum card at any Esso.

This location has a Tim Horton inside for basic stuff like coffee, donuts, and bagel. Line-up (if any) goes really fast, and I've always been served with a smile.

A unique case, in a car with a gas tank of 48 liters, will fit 51.6 liters, and this is taking into account that I did not arrive empty.

New problems. Now they don't work at night. The lights are on, the stuff inside, but all pumps "not in service".

Regular gas at 147/litre. I filled 1/4 tank for $30
