Fortunately, this establishment is open 24/7/365. It houses an Esso gas station together with a 24 hour car wash. Unnecessarily, do not purchase car wash tickets as they do expire within three (3) months, as well, if lost, they cannot be replaced. When one purchases gas regardless of the quantity, the car wash ticket(s) can be purchased and used immediately or shortly thereafter. It is not necessary to purchase the most expensive car wash. Be sure to buy precisely the intended car wash as there are different prices and types. Check your bill while standing aside and if it is incorrect or your points were not included; this is the time to make those adjustments. It is wise to have some recyclable bags in your vehicles as the price of each plastic bag will be added to your bill. The cashier does not inform that each flimsy bag costs five cents ($0.05). Inside are the ⭕️ Circle K convenience store and a Tim Horton's Restaurant. The seating is very limited and the tables are not cleaned as frequently as they ought to be. Depending upon on the hour, the Tim Horton's selections can be abundant and fresh. Other times, there is absolutely nothing displayed in their showcase, especially, in the overnight hours. Items are brought out at an extremely slow pace. The Tim Horton's has an extremely busy drive-through window for those travellers, mostly Toronto-bound commuters, heading southbound. However, this is not not the only reason. The cashier(s) for the Esso gas station, its car wash and ⭕️ Circle K can be curt as the individual is overwhelmed especially when gas prices suddenly drop. Usually, only one individual is attempting to serve all customers from two cash registers. The price for Circle K products, due to the convenience, obviously, is more expensive. Look around for your requirements as there are unknowledgeable staff members and various items are located in different spots. The items near the front are impulse purchases. Bread was available, but was relocated. Upon finding its new spot, the desired bread was out of stock. When available its price is incrementally more costly. The women's washroom are mostly well kept. Unfortunately, the men's washroom often lacks appropriate cleanliness. Overall, it a reasonably good spot for these sorts of necessities. During COVID-19, the place was totally disgusting beyond reproach especially the bathrooms.

STAY AWAY. This Gas station gas station has built a reputation for being possibly thr worst in Canada. The emolyees are rude and the manager is even worse. I paid for a car wash and their system had ran out of soap. My cat went in and came out dirty. I asked the gas station lerk to take a look and he called me a liar. Unbelievable. I waited for the next car to go to the car wash and that customer came to the clerk and told him the same tning. After three different car owners complained did the clerk acknowledge there was a problem. They gave me a free carwash to compensate and when I went in to redeemed it they saif it was expired. They said they wont give me a replacement or a refund. The new clerk ecen refused to sell me a Gatorade and asked me to leave because I was holding up the line. There was one other customer in the store at the timr and even he was asking the clerk to refund my car wash. On a separate occasion one of their coin vacuum machines was clogged and not working which I found out after I paid to use it. Again they refused to take responsibility for it and told me to basically get lost. This gas station, the employees and the manager are cheap and rude people and are actively engaged in Anti-customer service. I would aak Esso to reconsider allowing these people to represent them as their customer-faced reps.

I've never left a review for the gas station before, but I will now, BEWARE! I bought a gift card there for a friend for LCBO for $ 50 on June 23 at 3 pm, it was paid for, activated, I got a confirmation code and it looked good. My friend did not come to town to celebrate her birthday, so I decided to use this LCBO gift card myself. When I tried to do it in LCBO, they store has told me that the card is not active.I went back to this ESSO location with this LCBO gift card, receipt and proof of purchase , they've checked it and said that this card was not activated !!! Different LCBO card was activated for my money, not the one I've got. So there are only 2 possible explanations: 1)negligence, this store activated one LCBO card and gave me another one by mistake 2) FRAUD , the guy activated the correct card and took it to himself and gave me another one. Anyways, lesson learned! I lost $ 50 ,never going to purchase any gift cards from there. There is nothing I can do now.

I usually only use them for a car wash. The last time, in early June, after waiting patiently, an average of three minutes per car, I finally got to the front only to find out that the automatic car wash facility was being taken down for maintenance. No apologies, or coupons to make up for it. On the contrary, when I returned and tried to use it I got an invalid code error message. To add insult to injury the attendant told me that the ticket was used. When I explained what had happened on my initial visit he refused to budge, claiming he had no authority to give me a complimentary wash. NOT really complimentary, just the wash I paid for. I was instructed to "come back and talk to the manager". Fat chance that I was now going to make third trip for one car wash. The manager and/or owner or rep from Esso should be contacting me to correct the situation... We'll see, but I won't hold my breath in anticipation.

Never left a review before, and especially not for a gas station, but I will definately be avoiding this location in the future and would suggest anyone reading this do the same. The workers at the front are extremely rude and confrontational, and they stand around talking or hiding in the back instead of doing their jobs. Moreover, while at the front not working, they would be incredibly and unreasonable rude to another customer that, God forbid, thinks they would do some work and cash them out since there was a line to the back of the store! Further, they yelled at yet another customer for a mistake that they themselves had made. They should not be in business, and the workers should not work in customer service if they don't know how to speak to people. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have bad experience with this place. Problematic. multiple times they made the payment confusing. They charged me the amount that i didnt even requested for.(for the gas). When i said that this wasn’t what i wanted they didn’t accept and become disrespectful, aggressive. “Dhruv” named cashier told me “don’t come here if you don’t like” for the mistake he made! This Esso Circle K gas station and convenience is conveniently located on the east side (i.e. the northbound) of the street (which is somewhat of a rarity in the Bathurst street corridor.) The convenience store is relatively large for a gas station with lost of stuff and a wide variety. The prices are average. The store is relatively well kept and is tidy. The gas station is well lit and feels spacious.

It's good place to shop for gasoline, especially in the evening when they drop the price even more to become the cheapest in North York. Also I really enjoyed the carwash last time I visited, because it's touchless one and cleaning your vehicle without any marks from the clothes, like the most of regular car washes.

The pumps don’t seem well maintained (dirty, gurgle, constantly stop) and honestly feel sketch filling up here. the car wash doesn’t clean well even for a touchless. the screen was broken for weeks and it seems to spray diluted suds. Not a great spot, Tim’s ok.

Almost always busy. I'm sure it is had to staff with all the peaks. Sometimes to verbally abusive customers in here sometimes makes it uncomfortable. Although the staff are younger that neighboring has station/convenience stores they are friendly and attentive.

This location is always very congested with vehicles either at the car wash, gas pumps, or store parking. Worst of all, are the very confused drivers trying to figure out how a Tim Hortons drive thru works in this type of setting. It's mind-boggling.

Great gas station, where are you going to find a 143.90 gas cost as downtown is 156.90. Whenever I pass the area, I find their gas is far cheaper than others. It's a relief on budget expenditures.

This is our favourite Esso. The staff are great. There is a Touchless carwash. Very well maintained. Almost always one of the cheapest gas stations in the area. We filled up at 92.5c two days ago
