I went inside their convenience store to express my disappointment with the Ultimate car wash I purchased from them and had the worst customer experience one could ever imagine as a result of interaction with their cashier, his name is Ravi Teja. Rather than attending to my concerns, Ravi Teja started arguing with me and when I left the store unsatisfied mentioning that their customer service is terrible Ravi Teja had the audacity to respond to me by saying "I need to learn customer service skills". Ravi Teja's response is a clear indication that his IQ level does not meet the customer service standards expected in his job. In addition, Ravi Teja does not have adequate skills to communicate amicably with customers which likely is a result of improper training because of his ineligibility to work in Canada. I will be in touch with the immigration authorities to have his alien status and work permit investigated. Message to the owner, FIRE Ravi Teja immediately to avoid legal action as reviews on Google suggest that he was rude to other customers too. I have a recording of my interaction with Ravi Teja and I will be sharing it with your corporate office for further action. Get in touch with me as soon as possible as I would like to give you an opportunity to settle this matter offline. Worst customer experience ever, I wish there was a rating for 0 stars!

Never coming back here again. I filled my tank with $10 went into pay and came back to my truck and my gas meter said nothing had been put in. Went back inside and told the guy what happened and he told me nothing was wrong and completely brushed me off. I went back and told my bf to talk to the guy and he told the guy the same thing so we had no choice but to put another 10 in and right away the tank filled up, but only the amount of 10 not 20. My bf checked the gas and it came out all sludgy and thick. He went back I side and told the guy this and he said we got our gas and it will never happen again. Never again will I go back here....

Changed from 5 stars to 3. The carwash is not good anymore. Usually is ok but yesterday i took the car to wash it and it came out with dirt still on mirrors and rocker panels. I pre soak the car before go in because i want it clean. This wasn't the case. I noticed previous attempts car is not clean clean but acceptable. Im not sure what is happening there but certainly the quality of the car wash is dropping. Temp was 3 degrees on a pre soaked car. Purchased their premium wash.

i like getting gas at this place and other Esso family because i now use Speedpass+ .. its on my phone .. has my points cards , price cards and payment cards all atached ... all i have to do is click on PAY . .it finds the place .. and i enter the pump # and its ready .. and when done it sends me the invoice via email and you can also track it online .. will be looking to see if petrocan can do this as i have issues with their cards regularly ..

Car washing is down right pathetic. I could not believe the way my car looked after leaving the wash station, I was in a hurry so I drove off right away and could not return. The bumper, below the trunk, mirror and door handle wasn't even touched. Hand washing would have done a better wash. Will try another wash station, and they think they re doing you a favour.

There was a moment I drove by this particular gas station & it was closer for something that had happened on the road right in front. I was devastated! The employees are all so pleasant with welcoming smiles. One of the only gas stations I will actually go out of my way to go to. Very clean. Organized. Their touchless car wash is great. Nothing bad to say.

Lousy customer service Just don’t hand me a number take control . Ravi had no clue what to do regarding the air pump. I did call the company they resolved the issue . I’m not walking away and leaving a dollar in the machine no change . I would except some customer loyalty especially after spending $65 The level for service is 1 star .

They place a cheaper price for a reason. Pay for 10L but you only get 9L. Measured it with the can on multiple occasions and these stations are just scamming the public. Cashier had no reaction and did not even say anything. It's obviously not the dude's fault but they don't even acknowledge it.

When I used to live in Toronto, I would always go and stop by ESSO gas station on Kingston Road to fill the gas tank! Very spacious and tidy! There is also Circle K, where you can purchase coffee, snacks, and more! Friendly, nice, and courteous employees! Great customer service! …

Out of gas often. Keep your receipt as we got yelled at once for not paying right after we paid. Receipts often don't print too. The price is sometimes better than other gas stations in the area but you need to be able to buy gas to see that benefit. ....

Don’t waste your hard earned money there. I bought a standard car wash ticket and it only sprayed water. No foam was there. Also if you don’t buy gas they will charge extra for car wash and it was not mentioned anywhere.

Well, How should a gas station be reviewed? It does provide gas.. And I guess that is what makes it 5 star. Plus you get Tim Hortons drive by and a convenience store (Not convenient for your wallet though)

This is my go to for gas considering its very close to home. Staff are very friendly and always keep supplies at the ready at the pumps. A small Tim Hortons is also there in door and drive through service

Clean gas station. Very nice car wash. Friendly staff. Most importantly however, if you go there during the evening before midnight, the gas price is usually 5 cents cheaper than the current price :D

Bad quality gas. I filled up my tank (46L) and the engine starter knocking from the following day. The knocking went away as soon as I used that gas and filled from another gas station.

Its the most expensive one on that street. Driving up on Kingston to around Bellamy you'll see 3 gas stations that offer gas at a cheaper price. The customer service is great though.

Our regular gas station... the prices are always on the low end of the scale. There is a car wash and a Tim Hortons drive through. It gets busy, but there are plenty of pumps.

Cheapest gas station on kingston road. When they run out of regular they usually provide premium at the same cost. Tims inside the building and great touchless car wash.

This location is well maintained. The pricing is decent. I really like how there is a touches car wash here with no rails. Just drive in slowly and stop when instructed.

Standard gas bar with car wash. Service is pretty good the guy is quick you get the odd Lotto person in front of you from time to time but that's par for the course.

I have never had a touchless car wash wash my car this clean. Very good. I got the ultimate wash and I was surprised. Even did an excellent job on my rims. :-)

One of the pumps has been damaged for some time, and requires you to physically pump the gas. However, the prices are usually really good for the area

This place is always busy! Price is pretty good and the store has anything you might need on the go as well as a Tim's. They have a car wash as well!

It's a gas station off a main thoroughfare. Was there only to get gas. Mission accomplished. No idea what the attached convenience store was like.

Very well run Esso. Customer service is always good. Pumps always work. I go here for the car wash also as there is no track to damage my rims.

Never had a problem with any of the people in Tim Hortons or the station. It's clean, and touch-less car wash works great.

Don't usually get gas from here but the Tim Hortons staff are incredible. So friendly and quick. My go-to in the morning.

Good around the corner gas station, with timmies inside. They keep it quite clean and well maintained.
