I’ve been going to this Esso for quite some time now. I’ve usually had a good experience here with the cashier. I originally gave this Esso location a 5 star. However after my interaction yesterday with the cashier I unfortunately am retracting 4 out of the 5 stars. The customer in front of me was greeted. He was asked “how’s it going?” And he was told “take care” at the end of the interaction. It was a typical friendly interaction and what you’d normally expect from a cashier. When it was my turn the interaction I had with the cashier was not quite the same. I wasn’t asked how I was doing nor was I greeted. During my transaction I was just promoted my the instructions on the debit machine while the cashier was talking to another cashier/staff completely failing to greet and acknowledge me. I was the only one who spoke during this interaction as I said “thank you” when I finished paying. I would like to think that the cashier’s decision to not engage in a conversation with my wasn’t due to the colour of my skin. However I will add that the customer in front of me who received the standard customer service was a white male and I am a person of colour. I will let you decide whether the lack of / disappointing customer service was a reflection of their racial biases that influence how they determine which customer receives a satisfactory service and which customer does not. I could not help but notice the striking difference in customer service between me and the customer in front of me. This is a reminder that people pay attention whether you think they do or not. As a regular here I am beyond disappointed and enraged. What’s worse than bad customer service is blatant inconsistent service where a customer clearly feels that they weren’t valued as much as another customer. Hope they improve their customer service standards because what I experienced here is uncalled for and detrimental to this business.

The guy over there was so rude. He didn't not say hello bye moreover he yelled me as well. I Frist time bought the lotto max ticket. I asked him how to buy or play . He said ho to back and read while mean time he picked up the number from computer as well. When we pick up the number he did not guide us that number are already choose by computer . He said you don't know what you are doing. I choose encore 10 he told me to choose number I will pay 10$. If I choose 7 I will pay 7$. Which number you choose. Your pay the same account as the number. Then he said you want the ticket or not. He was so rude and unhappy. Please talk to him why he is doing like this. I am the witness you can ask me anything. Review is the only way to reach you. I want to request the watching the recording of CCTV camera how he is behaving like.

Brand new location for Esso. Not sure why, but this location is usually 3 to 5 cents (occasionally more) lower than the usual price of gas. Due to this reason, the station is always busy anytime after work. The staff are always friendly and courteous and the station is very clean. Only issue is that they don't seem to have setup the Lotto license/section as of yet, but all other gas station necessities are available at this location.

Opened in early 2018, this gas station sells gas at a lower price than the others in the area and you can earn ESSO points too. Typically $0.02 to $0.05 cheaper. The bays are tight and you might have to wait for a car to exit to get a spot as you cannot squeeze by. As of March 2018, the store was in the process of being fully stocked. This used to be a car dealership earlier and has undergone a few business changes before this one.

This is a new gas station. Their price is generally cheaper than surrounding gas stations. Well maintained. However, during the first few weeks of December, there is construction on Bellemy Rd N, in front of this gas station. Check traffic in the afternoons before coming here. At night, this area is empty.

This gas station is still fairly new and well maintained. Gas prices here are cheaper from $.03 up to $.08 as I've seen in the past, but but usually now up to around $.05/$.06. Best to go in the evenings when it's not busy. There is no car wash here but 5 stars for their prices.

I think I already answered this and I don't like to be asked to three times the same question however they were okay I stopped in I purchased my gas so I bought my lottery tickets and I walked out and that was it I observed some things out as I was there but other than that no

Friendly staff and gas is usually much cheaper than any in the area. Store seems a little bare and empty, but it could be that they are renovating? But if you're there for cheap gas, this is the place to go if you're in the area.

Great Service from the cashier - Fateema. I usually buy the 4pack Tobacco JUUL Pods which aren't immediately available everywhere. She is prompt and quite efficient in dispersing her tasks. Would visit again!!

My favorite place to get gas in. I go here more than twice a week as my commute is long. Very friendly staff, always seem to have the lowest price in the area. My go to gas station ♥️

This place is sometimes cheaper than others but sometimes more expensive. For eg, Sunday Apr 30 2023, alot of other esso locations are at 150.9 while this location is at 151.9

Clean location. Pumps work well. You can pre authorize from the esso app. Always seems to have cheaper gas than the surrounding gas stations which is a plus.
