I would absolutely 100% recommend Etheridge Ford, Lilydale to anyone. After multiple unsatisfactory visits with other Ford Dealerships, Etheridge Ford has won me back. Haydn has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. prioritising and helping out to the best of his abilities and always constantly following up with updates so I’m not in the dark. Had a minor warranty issue on my son's almost 3 YO Ranger which had been purchased elsewhere. They attended to it without a quibble even though the warranty was due to expire in a fortnight and also attended to another minor issue without me even asking. Greeting was warm and friendly and they rang me the moment the job was finished. Very impressed
I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Etheridge Ford Lilydale. I had an emergency breakdown - rang Etheridge and spoke to Steph. From there on things went efficiently and smoothly with a minimum of fuss, a can do attitude and you felt like Steph was there to help. Back on the road in 1 day (overnight). Very happy thank you.
If you live in the Yarra valley the Lilydale Etheridge service centre is a great alternative than travelling to Ringwood. Regularly able to book a loan vehicle. Friendly staff & great availability for servicing.

A standard Service on a ranger now cost $995. They are just too expensive. I would suggest shopping around for a better value elsewhere.
