I've ordered some domestic products via Eurogrocery online and they notified me that some items were unavailable (after I paid), and I've asked for a refund. They issued a refund for the products but not for the postal fees which were lower once I recalculate it on the website for the remaining items. I wrote numerous emails to Ms Mirjana Ugrcic but without the reply, and even the amount was small, I still think she should at least reply and assist with this situation. By not doing this, she decided to intentionally take my money and ignore my messages.

A good selection of Balkan products, with focus on those made in Serbia. Delivery time is sensible. However, both times I ordered from Eurogrocery, I got products that were not fresh (best before date 'expired' a couple of weeks earlier). Each time I emailed to ask for an explanation, and never got any response. Mistakes happen, I understand that. But I don't understand lack of professional behaviour. And for that reason only, I do not recommend this place, unless you don't have any other choice.

My friend recommended this place and I'm glad she did. Lots of food, great variety, good value for money. I placed my order on Saturday night and it got delivered today - Monday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised, because I live on the other side of town. Very efficient, very quick!! Will definitely shop in the future and spread the word. Hvala!

Dodge Me - These guys have the right products as advertised on their website but they like to label things as country of origin from Serbia when they clearly are not from Serbia but from other places like Macedonia, Croatia, Slovenia. Its just plain wrong wrong wrong
