Horrible service. Asked Eric to open my blocked drain. He showed me a video of the drain and claimed it is open and had me hand over R 1 550, 00. After he left my toilet was still not flushing and I had to get someone else. Then realised it was a video of the front section of the drain which he showed me, the back section was still completely blocked which he left like that. I had to pay someone else to open the drain. I have sent Eric the pictures and asked him for a partial refund and he absolutely refuses to do that.

They came quickly to install a new geyser but didn't send me the invoice and the certificate of installation/compliance. I have been waiting for more than 4 weeks to get the required documents and am really fed up with the promises without results...

This is fantastic service! A pipe was stolen cutting off our water supply to the house, he came out within half an hour - on a Saturday night and publoc holiday! Thank you for such wonderful assistance!
