Robert is the loveliest person. He is clearly passionate not only about ensuring things are done to an exceptional level, but about educating his customers. He’s efficient, responsive, professional and friendly. He’s not about ripping anyone off. He genuinely cares about his customers and providing quality service that is about vehicle care and maintenance, as well as what is in the best interest of his client when considering the age of their vehicle etc. He is upfront about what he can do and what will need to be done at a garage, and also will tell you how to save money when he could spin something else which has occurred before with my other car. I wish I’d called Robert first but will be getting him to service my other car and cannot recommend him highly enough. I called Robert based on customer reviews, which is why I’m more than happy to give him my own.

My 79 series Landcruiser was well over due for a service, but due to work commitments I was struggling to get to the usually company mechanic. I called Rob and explained the situation. He provided a quote, arranged the parts and scheduled a time to come out to my construction site and performed a major service. By end of shift my ute was ready and I was able to head straight from site to home. No running around to drop off vehicles and arrange lifts to and from site, costing the company time and money. Rob's set up with everything he needs and just goes about his work and gets it done! No fuss.

If you are like me...someone that puts off having your car serviced for the simple fact of inconvenience (dropping your car off at a garage and having to arrange other forms of transportation whilst your car is being serviced) I can honestly say this service is amazing and one I will continue to use! Robert is Fantastic! I previously had my car looked at by another mechanic that ive been going to for 4 years and they couldn't find the problem with my car. Rob who is a very knowledgeable mechanic that you can rely on. I contacted him on a Friday night as I couldn't drive my car because of an engine misfire. He was at my place the Saturday morning and able to diagnose the issue pretty much straightaway. He replaced some parts and fixed the car on Monday in no time. Clearly explained what was wrong with the car and repaired the car at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Rob to anyone who is after a no-fuss, prompt and a reliable mechanic who knows what he is doing.

Rob turned up on time to do a service and brake change on my 4WD. He confirmed everything which was to be done and the price. He also brought other issues to my attention which I got him to fix. We then got him to repair the brakes on the caravan which required him to come back multiple times and arrange refurbishment of parts that are no longer available. I will use Rob again and would be happy to recommend him to others.

Rob fixed my Nissan pulsar last year when it was playing up. This time I asked him to service my toyota prado. He gave the prado a major service and checked everything. I am very happy with his workmanship. He will be doing all my services from now on.

Excel Diagnostics care about your vehicle. They serviced our Pajero and Mazda. I'd struggle to find a reason to not use them. So convenient and reasonably priced. Why drive to a mechanic when you can have one visit you?
