"Called for a quote and literately just ask "I have a Toyota 2005 with 200K Kms, how much does the regular service cost? and also need a pink slip?" the receptionist say "hmm" and hangs up the phone rudely !!! so frustrating ! she shouldn't be in dealing with clients with that attitude!!"
