I do NOT recommend coming here, I came here instead of McDonald's as I felt like trying something new. I specifically asked if the spicy burgers had chilli's on it and they said yes so I ordered the meal with EXTRA CHILLIS 25 minutes later when I received the meal there was only a chilli sauce so I went to the counter and asked where the chilli's were and she pointed to the lettuce... So I said "no I asked if there was chilli's on the burger and you said yes and I asked for extra and that's lettuce" she pushed the lettuce aside with her bare finger and said the chilli is here and pointed to a small dab of sauce. I said no that's a sauce I wanted chilli you said you had it on the burger so that's what I ordered and she said "this is chilli" and pointed to the chicken... I asked if the manager was in she said yes so I asked to speak with the manager and that I'd be sitting at the table closest to the fridge, 2 minutes later she brought a phone over and the manager was no better. Horrible experience with staff and the food was bland. You'd have to lack any sense of taste to think the food here was good, and as for the customer service they need desperate help and training. I should also mention that the chilli sauce they offered me was so mild that my hypersensitive to spice 5 year old step daughter happily dipped her chips in it without complaining and she complains about pepperoni being too spicy... EDIT: We all have upset stomachs after eating here too... Kids have been throwing up since the day after and my bowels have completely changed behaviour.

Ordered burgers from Uber and they were missing half the ingredients! Pay $16 for a single burger “special beef” (we got 2) and they both were missing the meat rashers, tomato sauce, cheese, pickles…. Only thing on them was a dry overcooked patty, soggy lettuce and onion and soooo much mustard oh my god, on the top and bottom bun and all over wrapper! If you’re looking at the photo don’t be fooled - none of that yellow is cheese it’s ALL mustard . it was insane all you could taste was bitter mustard. Mustard isn’t even listed as an Ingredient so I don’t know what the hell happened there I never make reviews unless it’s really bad.. this was insane, don’t advertise a burger that you can’t/wont make.

The three girls behind the counter looked like they were confused and kept correcting each other so frantically in their language I couldn’t understand. I say this in the most respectful way, but my chicken was not tasty at all and lacked seasoning. When I received my order I asked if the gravy was in the bag and the girl said oh no sorry then put it in the microwave to heat up I was expecting freshly made gravy from a pot, not the fridge. I don’t know if I just had bad luck myself because I had so many people I know and trust recommend this place to me! So now I have trust issues. Lol

Update: the chicken pieces have shrunk, it's half the size of what it was a year ago. However it is still delicious and still my go to place over kfc. If you love KFC then you gotta try this place, not so oily, extra crispy when fresh, reasonably priced too. Chips are average. The service is not so great, I guess they're so busy but you can stand there waiting before being served and waiting for your order could take up to 30mins for 3pc lunch box. If you get takeaway make sure you leave the box open

We waited 40 min to get a wrap, tenders and chips. I felt bad for the staff, as it was a busy night and there was only 2 of them on. When we were waiting there was atleast 2 other groups that had food come out cold, or missing components and wanted refunds. When our food finally came out, the chips and tenders were missing. We waited another 10 minutes and watched the two staff members frantically putting more chips and chicken into the deep fryer before we have up. The wrap was nice, but not worth the wait. I couldn't recommend this place to anyone

I wish I read these reviews before coming here. Definitely would have went else where. Food was expensive. Not only expensive but had to wait 25 minutes for it. Asked for spicy wings, got plain wings. Also ordered the “chilli chicken burger”. Ended up just being a plain chicken burger with masterfoods chilli sauce! Lolll. And to top it off, got half cooked chips. If you’re reading this and thinking about giving this place a crack. DONT!!!Save ur money and time.

First visit here and liked the fact you could dine in if you choose to.There are 4 x 4 seat tables inside and 2 x 2 outside. The chicken I had was tasty, crispy, and spot on for the spice/heat. Chicken is cooked to order, so it takes a little longer to get your order. Diners like me who were there 1st time got caught out with wait times, but worth the wait.

Update: Tummy is on fire, cant eat anything. This is what i get for wanting to support local and not McDonalds next door. Hope this place closes ASAP! The atmosphere and tone of the store was dead and the waiters seemed slightly lost. The wait on the food took around 10-15 which is a huge contrast to the McDonalds and Subway just around the corner. However the chicken burger I ordered was absolutely delicious and I would come back there again just to have it.

Painfully SLOW service.First time at this establishment. I was ignored for the first 5 mins there but finally got served. I waited 30 mins for 2 lunch boxes. Chicken was definitely tasty, fresh and crispy. However downside is waiting 30+ minutes (in non peak) even though we placed a small order. Whoever the management is please come and review the service delivery process at this branch. I saw 5 customers walk in and walk out when they weren’t served for 5 minutes. Great service, I always take a extra 10 minutes to come to this store, even though I live 1 minute away from the bp(Bonnyrigg Heights) extra crispy chicken store. These guys are on another level compared to the Bonnyrigg Heights store. Always fresh chips and we’ll cooked and seasoned chicken.

Watched countless orders for Delivery drivers get ordered, cooked and go out before anyone who ordered in store. To test this I ordered on my partners app for pickup. The food was ready before the food I ordered and I was there for 45+ minutes. Foods good but service is dismal. Not your workers fault you need to slow down deliveries.

30 minutes wait for 2 burgers? Food was ok but when you are the only customer in the place and you have to wait 30 minutes for 2 burger meals because they prioritise ubereats is a joke. I won't be going back because the food is not worth the 30 minutes wait.

Nice local fried chicken, although quality is usually a hit it can be a bit of a miss at times. Heaps better than KFC. The pieces, wings and tenders are really good. I also like that they have a nice range of sauces - the garlic is my favourite.

30min to get food and there was only 3 others in the shop. Ridiculous, one person to cook, take orders pack, deal with menu log orders, the girl was run off her feet. More staff and this place would be worth coming back to. Food was good though.

The food is cooked you after you place your order so it’s always fresh and delicious. The girls are always nice and friendly . I highly recommend Crispy Chicken ,I haven’t been back to KFC since discovering this place a few months ago.
