My son was a very loyal customer to this company for about 10 years and he just got robbed his storage got wiped out and it seems that they knew exactly what day he wasn't going to be there in the middle of the day on Thanksgiving morning. They knew what cameras to knock off the brother ladder to climb over the fence they knew what time of day was the less busy the new too much and knew exactly what boxes to take to sounds like an inside job not to mention there's a 3 ft space on top of the walls in every storage room it's so easy for someone to look over and see what you got and that's exactly what I know they did they hit him like good we they took all his sentimental things everything he's been collecting since he was a little boy all his memories he is devastated and it's funny cuz they said that they called him to tell him what had happened but the Verizon statement says they never even called not once and the email they supposedly sent all of a sudden was misspelled but yet they sent him an email 2 weeks ago to tell him he was late paying the rent so how did it get changed sounds like an inside job to me and the way they took the lock off and it has to be the ones at the facility gives you not the ones that you can buy on your own and they told him that it was shot out can a police report was made and when my son verified it they had no report didn't even know that it had happened. The lock was not shot out he has all the pieces it was carefully taken apart someone who knew these locks did it he's devastated and insurance can only cover up to $2,000 that's a lot of bull they need to give him rent on that place for at least 6 months free, give him a biggerstorage room and they need to get dude who takes a ladder puts it over a fence in the middle of broad daylight and Rob's a storage facility not scared to show his face which means his face could be recognized if it wants to be because he probably works there not to mention, he hits two other storage units that had nothing in it, knew where to hide in knew what cameras to take out, he even hit on the roof for a few minutes and knew which one to hide in, my son had a lot of stuff, sentimental might look expensive but they're not they are just important to the heart, all his memories are gone and they knew exactly what day to take it from him. Put a slap in the face, Happy Thanksgiving

With this being my first real need to ever use a storage space, I was a bit worrisome of all the options. Between websites with strange and confusing setups to lack of customer service in some of these other storage units I was becoming Immensely frustrated. And that’s when I found Easy Space Storage and it was so, well, easy. After finally getting some answers and setting an appointment to move my stuff in I had the ability to meet Samantha. The manager at the Easy Space Storage on Legion. She was so kind and understanding of my situation, she never rushed me straight to the point, she allowed me to give her full explanation on what I was looking for and she explained the units as well as the prices, deals and much more. My amazing experience with easy space storage goes directly to her. She is such a kind hearted person, anytime I see her while traveling through it’s always kind words and a beautiful smile. Thank you so much Samantha for the wonderful experience!

Samantha, the manager, was very friendly, very helpful when I called to complete an on-line request. The process was easy and all of it done on-line - I didn't need to go into the office to sign anything. The unit, when I arrived later that day, was clean and ready to go. If I were to say anything - I would have preferred to be informed up-front and verbally of the requirement for insurance, an additional $15/month, and the need for a very specific lock, another $18 up front cost. I'm sure it was somewhere in the small print of the contract, but was expecting to pay the rental rate + the admin fee and the total due was considerably higher. Also, I will never be able to use this lock anywhere else - it fits into a specific type of hole in the door, so once I leave I will have no further use for it. That was a bummer too, as I have several perfectly good disc locks that I've used at storage facilities for years. Anyway, for those reasons I took off a star.

Manager at legion location was rude and unprofessional. Just because you are understaffed doesn’t give you the right to be dishonest and pushy. I signed paperwork and paid for a 10x10 unit and five minutes later was given a unit with a 4 foot wide opening and hallway into a 10x10. The Manager assured me she had a proper 10x10 and that I could switch once I spoke to my partner. I called her back five minutes later and she refused to switch my unit saying she had sold it in the five minutes that I made a phone call despite her promise just minutes earlier. It is clear she thinks she is very self important and that customer service is no longer needed. If you want to be treated with honesty and common courtesy- look elsewhere. She also blamed the call center multiple times despite how helpful and friendly they actual were.

Jamie was great very Knowledgeable- Professional - Courteous. The transaction was quick and easy. The night security double gate entry is comforting that every effort is being made to protect our valuables. This was an overall great experience.. All of the staff was professional and courteous. I will reccomend to others. The only issue is Policy Related not staff, you should note in your online ad that the first month free offer is not at every location, feels like being baited when you find out later. I paid online. The storage unit was $47 however it's $97 after all the fees. They sent me my storage unit number but not the gate code. I showed up during open office hours but no one was there. After many phone calls I got a gate code and was told that my unit was open, self serve, the lock was in the unit. However the unit was locked and no employees were anywhere on the property. When I tried to exit the gate would not open so I was trapped inside and had to call the police. Finally an employee showed up smelling like fentynol and told me they would refund my money.

Rate increased by more than 50% after just four months. Called multiple times to be told I would get a call back that never came.. Thanks for the customer service. Shame since it's a convenient location for me but the price for such a small unit is crazy. I think it's hilarious that the business response to me is to call about my rate when I called three times and no one could be bothered to call me back. Why would I bother calling now? ETA: went to clear up my storage unit today and found a bunch of mouse droppings in there so I'm glad I got my stuff out when I did

What a fantastic and pleasant transaction! Jamie, the manager, was very polite and informative about her facility, and I appreciate very much talking to someone who takes ownership of a business rather than someone who simply seems like they are watching the clock until the shift ends. The office area is clean and easily accessible from the parking area. The facility itself is well laid out, and my own unit was clean and ready for me to move in less than an hour after I made my reservation online.

I have been using this facility for the past 3 years and finally had to get a bigger unit... After all the people I've had to deal with lately (not here) it was so very very refreshing to still get the wonderful caring and super efficient care I received today from Samantha. I came home with the same sense of security I've had since day 1 here. I'll always refer my friends and family to use y'all!! Thank you Samantha and extra space storage! She is definitely a big asset to your company!!!

I have had an excellent experience from the original phone call for my reservation to the local extra space storage location in Albuquerque. Mandy made my first time using storage after relocating from across the country , a nonstressful experience. I had several changes that occurred on the day of the movers arrival and she handled all of it like a true professional. I thank her for her knowledge,experience, patience and kindness. I highly recommend this location!

Samantha was wonderful. She is very organized and friendly. She helped me finish my contract, thoroughly explained how the system works, showed me my unit and patiently answered all my question. Fabulous person and manager! I recently emptied my storage unit and checked. The unit remained weather tight and without any bugs, pests or mold. My furniture was in great shape. Samantha made the check out process easy and as always was cheerful and helpful.

Our stay at Extra Space was made very satisfying, mostly because of the great customer service and attention. I actually felt like she recognized me and cared that all was well. We transferred from a space that was accessed from the outside to one that was located in a more protected "hallway" that housed several spaces. The smaller, more protected space was much better because it was not directly impacted by infiltrating dust and heat.

Amy's patience, customer service and all around politeness are qualities boyh appreciated and respected. Times have been easier financially but with all that's going on these days its not easy for one to answer the phone knowing you cannot make a payment at that time. But with well placed faith and people like Amy, my awesome employer and honesty everything things been taken care of. Thanks again for providing me a little "Extra space".

Definitely check this place out! i have a few large things that i need storage for and after talking with Daniel, i think i may have found exactly what i’m looking for i have just a few large items that i can’t seem to find space for, so i’m not looking for anything big or major on my wallet. this place has more reasonable rates than what i’ve been coming across and now i just have to take the plunge on moving my stuff over lol

Been renting from this place since January and it’s been a great experience thus far. Daniel is always helpful, the bathroom is clean, inside of the store is clean, and outside looks good as well. My boxes always come and I don’t have an issue getting to them at all. Great customer service at the Legion location and anything I need or ask for has been granted with no problem at all.

Everyone was extremely helpful and professional!! I had to get storage on a very short notice and they walked my assistant through the entire process over the phone and I am able to access the facility on a Sunday outside of normal business hours to move my stuff right in on top of giving us an amazing price!! We highly recommend Extra Space for any and all of your storage needs!!

I never had a security, theft, or rodent issue here. Felt safe and the gates always worked and seemed secure. I didn’t like that my storage unit was outside, so my stuff got a lot of dust on it. It is also a bit pricey-er compared to other facilities, but I was overall happy here. It’s not bad at all if you don’t mind paying a bit more and covering up your belongings.

Gonna be moving outta my place soon and looking for a place to store my belongings. Stopped by this property and was immediately greeted with a friendly face. Serenity was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be back when it’s time to move for both storage and moving supplies. Strongly recommend stopping by if you have any storage needs.

Best experience with a storage unit complex. Customer service and billing is top notch and super easy, with affordable rates too. Extra Space Storage helped out when I was in a bind and I'm very thankful for their easy rental process. I only needed a small unit for a few months, and they were very accommodating. This place denied us a storage space because uncovered their sneaky technique of unnecessary monthly price increases. Their manager, Samantha, claimed she was harassed by us just because questioned their lack of communication skills amongst their staff. To them, customers shouldn't ask questions because they think customers are inane.

This place rules. I had a very stressful move due to divorce. And I had forgotten to put a lock on my unit. The woman that works there put one on for me and then flagged me down when I needed it open. She is so helpful and very easy going. Its clean, organized and very easy to use. I highly recommend. Everyone I spoke to, either in person or over the phone, was incredibly nice and helpful. I was very pleased with the experience of renting a storage unit here from my initial call to my move out day. This was a new experience for me and they made it very easy. All the employees are extremely helpful and pleasant.

I haven't yet moved in my things, I only just set up everything and it was a good experience. I've never rented something like a storage unit before so I was stressing out about the process but things went very smooth. The lady I talked to on the phone was really nice and patient and explained things well.
