I needed a safe/clean storage for some important family treasures. Other companies were either not in a convenient location or looked dirty, run down and unsecure. I remembered seeing several locations of ExtraSpace around town so I pulled up their website. It was easy to navigate and very transparent about what was available and the prices. I was able to choose location and storage size. When I got to the location, Isabella Probst, the store manager took excellent care of me. She helped me get exactly what I needed, she didn't try to sell me lots of extra things and she made the whole process quick and easy. I love that they have code entry and exit, you can install the app to use to enter and exit, storage rooms are VERY clean and in good repair, locks are provided and I was able to set up auto withdrawl for the monthly payment. Overall a truly great experience.

I have had storage at this site for years now. Any interaction with management or site staff has been very positive. The property is kept very clean and it is clear that all is maintained. I especially like the security of the gate system as well as the personal door locks. I would highly recommend this location. It is convenient and makes a great attic since very few homes have storage space. The sizes and prices were reasonable compared with other units in the area. This is a smaller property, making it less busy than others. That made me feel safer too.

I'd give them zero stars if it wasn't for their onsite staff, they're great. Don't go here unless you want your rate to almost double in a couple of months. They get you to move in then double the rate based on 'market condition'. If market conditions have changed then why do they still have vacancies and lower rates. I think they are unethical and should be reported to the BBB if they haven't already. I think the new rate notice is automatically sent out after a couple of months independent of market conditions. It's move out or pay the much higher rate.

The process of renting and moving in is top notch. The units and the property are clean and well organized. I brought a lock and it wasn't necessary as they provide an ingenious barrel lock that works well and eliminates the worry of someone cutting your lock off. Someone lives on-site so they add an extra layer of security. Update - raised the price from $112 to $163 after three-months and raised it again to 183.90 as a first year anniversary gift :) This is not an anomaly, it's their business model. The moving out process was quick and easy.

The location is hard to get to and only really available to turn into going one way. That being said the worst part about this place is the amount they charge for a unit, we were upped on our payments about a year after renting and they bumped it to almost a $100 more then we originally payed for the unit. On top of that the units are not fully secured, you can look over the walls into other units from within your own, and they generated a crazy amount of dust over the 3 years we were there. Won't be using extra space anymore.

When I first got the unit it was priced lower than what I'm currently paying. I've been paying just over $200 a month for a 10x10. Just does not seem to be the best solution for my situation. I have considered selling what I do have and getting rid of the storage unit. It seems it would be cheaper to rebuy everything when I need it again then to keep paying this monthly rate. Spoke with a nice lady here at the unit who said she would look into my account, hopefully that will make a difference in my decision making.

Thank you. It was a great experience. Everyone was kind and very helpful. I felt comfortable storing my furniture here. I thought it was going to be short term storage and it wound up being quite a bit longer. The only thing I didn't like was that the amount I paid jumped quite a bit each time it went up and there was no warning. I think if you give us heads up on how much it is going to be next month, it would be very helpful for budgeting.

I have seen plenty other facilities and even though this one is outdoors, the inside of my unit was so super, EXTRA, clean! I really appreciated the extra thought of a mattress bag just in case of dust, and a super strong lock! I will def recommend this store to my friends and family needing some EXTRA...space!

The Extra Storage Team on Eagle Ranch went above and beyond with their customer service. Izzy and Victoria created a great experience to ensure I was well taken care of. The facility was secure and clean which helped me feel comfortable that my belongings were safe over the duration of my lease. Overall I had a great experience with the team and the facility and will definitely be back for my storage needs moving forward!

Easy to set up, the staff was very friendly. I would not recommend Extra space Storage. The 6 months I was there they changed my rates 3 times and the amount I was paying at the end was much more expensive then when I had signed up. During the middle of my time they they charged me 3 times as much as I agreed one month!! When I called them they told me it was a mistake and added the credit to the next month.

Serenity is amazing to work with! She is understanding and extremely helpful! We were moving out of our apartment and needed storage. We inquired about renting space online, and received a call 2 minutes after submitting our request. She was able to set us up the same day. I highly recommend this storage place. I don’t think anyone expects to have a truly great time at a storage facility, however my experience was exactly that. Luck was on my side for once and not only was a great unit available, Victoria was very knowledgeable and very personable! She was able to help me very quickly and is very easy to get along with. 5 STAR Victoria and good job Extra Storage!

I didn't rent a space, but cleared out a unit I won from an auction. The facility looked very clean and had a great location easily accessible off Paseo and Coors. Bill, the facility manager (I believe) was very friendly and helpful. He also made sure I had anything I may have needed to clear out my space. I appreciate the great customer service.

Was given a price and ask if it was a set price, was reassured price wouldn't change. 3 months later they raised the rate by double. Then I have been lied to by every employee I've talked to since about there rates and policies. Talked with 3 different people and got 3 different answers. Save your money and don't store anything with these people.

I have had a storage unit with Extra Space 3 different times and every time I have had a positive experience. There facilities are safe, clean and easily accessible. Any employee that I have ever needed have been great. Ryan in particular was absolutely amazing and went out of his way when I needed him. Happy Customer over here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came in to inquire about pricing for a unit with my mom and boyfriend and was impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly the staff is! Robin helped us and she was very helpful, and funny. Very accommodating and professional staff. Rebecca helped me with all questions and even gave me a ride to my unit in the golf cart. They were able to refund my whole purchase when I found out there was going to be a problem with my moving company fitting their truck into the property.
