Hi. Promises and more Promises. Shocking experience. A water pipe burst in my ceiling 7 days ago. Half my house flooded badly in the middle of a rainy cold winter in Capetown. No assistance offer from FNB insure to help dry my property. Lights off for a week because of water damage. All this resulting in a sick family. Think I made a huge mistake by accepting this insurance. Made 10 phone calls today. Still awaiting a call back. Maybe the CEO can give me a call..

Most unprofessional receptionist. None of the consultants has any customer service. I bank with this people, have car insurance with them, vehicle finance, motor warranty and to top it off they telephone lines are the WORST!!!!!
