great service from the moment we walked in we were asked if we wanted seating inside or outside , diners were all seated in a spaced out pattern utilising the entire restaurant, no one was made to sit on top of each other like so many other resurants do so it gave a real intimate personal feeling ,and the whole place had such a good happy vibe to it ,fairy lights up around the bar ,music ,and the waitresses ,so nice friendly and pleasant . the menu had so much variety ,,you could go there for coffee and cake, a 40 people fame event and easily everyone would find something on the menu they would be more than happy with . The food was very generous in portion size ,and omg ! the flavour was amazing, will definitely be going back there for several different family events. I highly recommend this restaurant. just try you really wont be sorry you will be able to tell from the minute you walk in . Also alot of the meals come in entree or main, and there is a separate entrance to pick up takeaway..

We came here randomly on Monday night and they had renovations going on. They were only offering take out at that stage which is fair enough The staff were so lovely, not only did they come outside to see us but they made us a seat outside the restaurant away from the renovations. The food is great, very well priced and big portions. The garlic bread is delicious, especially with the cheese I had the veal parmigiana. It's been a long time since I saw veal on a menu and it was really nice. Not tough at all and the Napoli sauce with grilled cheese really makes it a good parmigiana. My partner had the spaghetti and enjoyed it a lot as well. We definitely left very full and satisfied. Great food and customer service. Definitely worth a visit

Was not impressed at all Dirty Black hair in food !! Was told by Guy working there was mine lol i have blonde hair ‍♀️‍♀️..OKAY!!!.... He Was very rude about it also! !! I Asked for a replacement meal, think it went into kitchen and come back to me!!! ( Same Meal) as it was getting cold!!! i didn't eat it!! Had a very long lunch last Monday. Before placing our lunch order the waiter was very attentive. But alas after we finished our meals. It was hard to get the table cleared. In fact some of our dishes sat for over an hour despite there only being 3 tables inside. The waiter and waitress both avoided our table not seeming to be bothered. Even when bringing hot drinks they still left them.. We spoke to the owner and he was so apologetic and said he's knows but sadly the staff don't care. Won't be in a rush to return. The risotto was bland. And the music was much too loud :(

Very disappointed with how my complaint was handled .. its always a 50/50 chance of a stuff up when the waiter thinks they can remember my whole order without writing anything down. They stuffed up my order, they fixed it, but left my date eating cold food and there was no compensation offered, from a $112.50 bill. NOT HAPPY!!! Wont be going back. I even let the owner know with no joy. Seriously ..

Great service, good quality of food and great portions. I will only say that the arrancini balls were not flavoursome and the garlic prawns did not hve enough sauce to go with the rice. The price is more on the dear side for an Italian restaraunt. Plenty of tables for larger group dining and a really cosy courtyard. Offering a wide-range of Italian dishes and desserts, FRATELLI Frankston is a great place to dine-in for families and medium to large-size groups. A nice and cosy restaurant in Frankston. Visited this place on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Food and service both were top notch. We ordered meat tower and that was the right choice. Meats were cooked nicely. We will definitely visit again.
