Janine and her team at Family Tree organised my fathers funeral which took place on Thursday 17th March 2022. The service received from Janine from the very first phone call was outstanding. Her empathy and personalised approach to our situation is to be commended. Janine's outstanding attention to detail cannot be faulted. Enough cannot be said for the beautiful service Family Tree Funeral did for our mother. During one of the hardest times in our life, Janine, Vince and all the wonderful staff made everything feel seamless. They showed so much compassion and love for us all. Janine went above and beyond with everything she did for us; Father John gave a wonderful service for Mum and a very special prayer for my husband, who is battling stage 4 brain cancer, Rays Florist put together such beautiful arrangements and Gaetano Bonfante sang and had the voice of an Angel - Mum would have loved him. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The icing on the cake had to be when Monique handed out roses to everyone while singing ‘Smile’. I was beyond privileged that Janine gave me the honour of walking in front of the funeral car. In honour of Mum, Janine gifted us a blood orange tree, which we will plant and forever think of Mum when we have a blood orange off the tree. It is with a heart felt hand that express my sincere gratitude to Janine Marra and her team for personable service of the preparation and conducting the service of my Late Father - Law Louis Patrick Chircop. From the moment we met Janine we knew that we had made the right choice and in good hands. I have only positive things to say. I’ve been with other well know places in the past but Janine and Peter are dedicated to make a hard time a tasteful, respectful and positive experience. We were able to individualise the parts we needed to and go with their tasteful suggestions for the rest of it. When we needed space to think we got it and when we needed support or advice they were waiting. The musician they recommended was a class act who did justice to songs by Andre Bocelli and Jeff Buckley as well as more traditional songs for a service. He didn’t just sing the song, but articulated a feeling and intonation into every lyric he sang. Finally, the small touches about remembering our dad that we didn’t think of were sorted at the end of the day. I don’t normally post reviews and I even waited a while before posting this to make sure I felt the same way. I do feel they are masters of their craft and would definitely recommend them.

The service and compassion we received from Family Tree Funerals was superb. After my father passed away peacefully in his sleep at our house, one call to Janine and everything was looked after.
