Customer service is nonexistent! Sales associates could barely look my way and away from their personal conversations long enough to answer my question! When someone could be bothered to help me, she clearly didn’t care and kept telling me Kohl’s (across the street) was still open, & I should just check there!

Went in to exchange some boots. Aggressively approached by sales lady to take my bag as if I was going to steal something. She actually grabbed my bag from my hands.Other customers were looking as if I had done something wrong. Bad move, try some tact.

It’s a smaller shoe store and not a lot of selections either. I wanted to get a simple leather boots for normal outings but didn’t see anything that I like. Saw some discounted shoes for kids but still a little high on price in my opinions.

Bright welcoming store. Helpful staff. Got the wrong thing. I.should have looked closer. Asked for non-slide stickers so I wouldn't fall in heels. She gave me adhesive pads for the balls of my feet/inside of my shoes.

They have decent prices but not a huge variety to choose from and the employees don't always notice people at the register waiting to check out. They do have a decent clearance section though.
