I received a gift over the holidays that came in a different color than advertised. I returned it, marking that I would like a gift card in return. I was planning to simply rebuy the comforter in a different color. Urban received the package and never processed the return, so I called a few weeks later and they noticed this error and said it would process, then Urban mistakenly returned it in the form of credit to the original purchaser. This was a gift to me, so now the person who gifted it awkwardly contacted me asking why it was returned. I called urban outfitters back and they said they would not give me a gift card as they cannot reverse this payment. Seeing as the error is on them I would’ve expected better customer service and that they would still either resend the original item or give me a gift card. if I’ve ever had an error with another company they have always made it right… figure I would share this experience as if I would’ve known I would’ve selected an item from a different store. It’s been frustrating to say the least

I think it’s important to have the dressing rooms available anytime you go into a clothing store. Understandably with COVID-19 I can understand why some clothing stores do have their dressing rooms closed however the urban outfitters website specifically says that the dressing rooms are open. This is my second time wasting 40 minutes to drive to urban outfitters only for them to tell me that their dressing rooms are closed. I tried to call ahead, probably 20 times, with no response before driving there. To my surprise the sales associate told me that the dressing rooms are closed today because they didn’t have enough people working. She also proceeded to tell me that the phones weren’t answered because they were on their lunch break. Oh for 2 hours??? Ok. Maybe have a social media account that posts whether certain services are open or not. Sales associate was lazy and in empathetic. The only positive thing I have to say about this store is that Kelsey is a good worker.

Awesome experience with Urban Outfitters at the Plaza!!! Luke and Lizzy helped me and my 20+ items in the dressing room. Super friendly and didn't seem "suspicious" of me just because I was a teenage girl. They were helpful without being overbearing and offered their adivce for what to pair what with. Luke suggested low-top white converse with "grazing" jeans and a striped crop that I had tried on. I already have white converse so of course I had to get the outfit :) Great staff, great vibe, and great sales, too. I will definitely be back to this location when I'm in town again. Thanks again, Lizzy and Luke! :) ALSO, the lad ywho rang me up (pixie cute, half long-ish blonde, half shaved brown) helped me find which jeans would suit me best for what I was looking for, and recommended the mane and tail shampoo and conditioner. I ended up getting her recommened jeans and the shampoo. You guys rock.

If you have a stroller or handicap this place does not comply with regulations. I visited the store two days ago, and on the first level the elevator does not work. My partner had to carry the stroller done the first set of stairs. Second level elevator does work. But I can’t imagine someone who was in a wheelchair being able to shop due to this issue. Please fix it, the neglect is not a good look on the store .

Sizing is very limited. I'm not sure what focus groups you're working with, but I'm 6'3, 210 lbs and I don't feel like I have that uncommon a build. I'm forced to resort to accessories and shoes, and the last 2 pairs of shoes I've bought from UO have fallen apart. I want to be a fan, but you're making it difficult.

The inside is completely unfinished. Not in a good way either. Gaps between the glass and concrete near the door allow outside air to pass through freely. On a rack in womens section unpainted drywall attached to what appears to be a scrap 2x4. Then wood screws haphazardly driven through the drywall.

I went there to get my granddaughter a gift card because it is one of her favorite places. I liked the shop. It was unique in the layout and although plenty of choices not overcrowded. Cute clothing. I bought her some body spray and me some too because I liked it so much. Very friendly staff.

My sister and I were followed through out the whole store. Same lady kept eye balling us. White lady with short brown hair. Like damn if you’re so worried about stealing stand by the damn door and check receipts. ( I bought a $86 dollar jacket, yesss lady the one you kept staring at us with )

I love this place! Clean and easy to find sizes. I was not overwhelmed by employees harassing me about needing help, but they were very readily available and crazy mad friendly and helpful when I did have questions. They looked genuinely happy to be there and to to chat with me.

They have all the hottest brands as soon as they hit. Similar style to pac sun; more midwest-urban. Prices accurately portray the quality of the clothes. Offer lots of on trend designer beauty products. A great place to form your style! Also a fantastic lingerie/sleep section.

Pretry store, good organization and up to date with new styles. Great if you're looking for a fresh look. Prices are up there but the quality of the clothes makes up for it most of the time. I would like them expanding the men's section though.

Always overpriced. Staff is glassy eyed and not super helpful. I love Urban Outfitters home style, but I'm confused as to why they sell clothing that used to be the cheapest stuff you could get at Walmart in the 90s and charge $80 for it.

I love love love urban outfitter its my favorite place to shop.... Yeah its a lil more pricey than your other stores but the clothing and stuff fits me and my personality so well its like someone made a freaking store just for me :)

Clothing was easily accessible and not at all hard to get to. Items were properly labeled and categorized appropriately. I would surely recognize this establishment as one of the best amd gladly recommend it to friemds amd family..

Solid Urban Outfitters, has more stuff than others I have visited and the people that work there were not pretentious even though I am a 26 year old woman shopping at urban outfitters just trying to stay up to date with the trends.

Hi there, I went to the Urban Outfitters in Ward Parkway with my mom and nephew, Ben, about one month ago and Ben found the shirts that he was looking for to work at his job at Panera bread in Kansas City right now! :)

I love the store set-up, however they are lacking on their handicap friendly accessible options. I like the vinyl selection and the printed T-shirts. Staff is nice, and the checkout process is really quick.

The people that work at this location are very friendly & helpful. They have a great selection & great deals. I buy some vinyl there & they have exclusives although sometimes it's not in stock at the store.

Whenever we are in KC, my daughter has to stop here to shop. The staff are always helpful and there is enough of a selection to keep me stuck there for some time while she's trying on her finds.

Great store. Wonderful selection. Lots of fun items. Staff aren't push or intrusive. Very expensive, though. Not somewhere to go and get a gift less than $20.

I stop in on a weekly basis. Even at times when I don't need to buy anything. My favorite part about the store is the photo booth.
