Went in to find some running shoes and was ignored for ten minutes. It wasn't for lack of staff. One was chatting up a security guard, three or four were hanging around the register doing a whole lot of nothing. There were a couple others that were actually assisting customers. But even they couldn't bother to let someone else know we were waiting. We got frustrated and left. Walked up and down the plaza realizing there weren't other options for running shoes at that hour. After going back in it was clear we were going to be ignored again, so I asked a girl by the register if I could get some help and she motioned for, what I'm guessing was the new guy to help me. Apparently she couldn't be torn away from whatever was going on on her phone. Other than not being able to find hardly any shoes in my size this guy was actually very helpful. So thanks to him this place gets a couple of stars.

Horrible customer service. The worker seemed more interested in the conversation on her phone than assisting me purchase a pair of shoes. I asked for one in my size, and while this seemed to disrupt her important conversation on her phone she did go check. However after returning with the information that my size was not available that employee disappeared to avoid being disturbed while on her phone. I intended on purchasing several pairs of shoes and had also placed cleaner supplies on the counter. The customer service is probably the worst on the plaza. I'd highly recommend going to a different location.

The store has good employees and service is good, but getting only 2 stars because they are not enforcing the City's Covid19 policy put in place by Mayor Lucas. Staff are wearing masks, but they are not requring the people coming in to shop to wear masks. The City's policy is that people are required to wear masks in public and inside public places. Put up a sign like every other business saying masks are required. This is not acceptable!! They don't get a choice! Enforce the policy!

My mother and I were in this store recently and had an amazing experience! John Canty helped my mother find a pair of Addis’s she had been wanting and was so so helpful! He was very polite and attentive! Constantly asking us if we were finding everything okay and if we needed any sizes! Great employee and store experience! 5+ stars!

Went here to buy shoes for my son. Staff ignored us while we were in the store and I had to ask for help. They brought out one shoe for him to try on and quickly walked away. Had to track a different employee down to ask more questions. They weren’t rude, just didn’t seem interested in helping us out. Won’t go back.

They received no kd's after specifically calling to ask if they were in and got a confirmation they were. After i get there to find they didn't get the shoes in. I go through 8 different pairs before I get to one that has my size. Bad service, long wait for them to bring the shoes from the back.

Straight garbage not a lot of selection. Bought a pair of shoes received two left shoes in the box when I got home to put them on, sigh. That has never happened in all my years of shoe shopping. Come on Kansas City, I already had low expectations but you set the bar lower and lower every day.

Nobody answers the phone. What's the point of having a phone line if your not gonna answer the phone for customers it's part of begin a business. Answer your phone and stop hanging up in customers faces poor service even before my foot hits the door which says alot

I made an online order that I wanted to return instore. The staff was extremely helpful with allowing me to try different shoes before ultimately deciding just to return them. Of course, parking can be a disaster bc of the location but overall, great experience.

The store has a variety of athletic shoes and some clothing. Quite a lot to choose from. The employee assisting me was most helpful. She was professional but also friendly and attentive. I did make a purchase.

I absolutely love their clothes! I have been there multiple times and they have clothes for all ages and genders. They have multiple different kinds of styles in there that everyone will love.

My husband and I love to come here to see Sidney and get a new pair of shoes. She's very knowledgeable and can quickly answer our questions. Definitely a must stop for shoe aficionados!

This Foot Locker is in The Plaza, a very glitzy and expensive shopping area. The store has all the latest shoes and the staff is super friendly. I will be coming back very soon!

Alot of staff working seemed like alot of confusion and congestion and drama between staff members and store was messy.

Was in 20 min before closing, had to step out to help a family member and then they decided to close 15 min early.
