Two of my compatriots and I were swinging spanners on my car late one Tuesday evening, when somebody exclaimed "Boy, I'm really hungry. Can you arrange some high quality sustenance!". In one quick motion I reached for my phone and opened Menulog to begin my search for some late evening nourishment. With a name like "Fantastic Kebab and Pizza" surely I could do no wrong; or so I thought. I ordered three kebabs, one with cheese, an extra large chips and four dim sims. I was a bit shocked to discover it would be another whole hour before our meat morsels would arrive. Surely it would not take that long to put together our order and get a driver to deliver it to us, After all it was a Tuesday not a Friday or Saturday. One must be positive in situations such as this though, and I resigned myself to the fact that the doner must be top shelf for this place to have such a long wait on a Tuesday. After another hour of twiddling nuts on my car a lovely chap approached holding our bag of assumed deliciousness. We finished off what we were doing and headed inside to give this meal the respect we honestly thought it deserved. One simply does not wait one hour for a kebab to eat it in the coldness of a garage/shanty workshop. No that absolutely would not do. Such food requires the use of a dining table. Once we were all seated it was time to rip open the foil and dive head first into flavour country. First impressions, not good. We ordered Turkish bread but the kebabs came in pita form. Not the end of the world. I was very accepting at this point but then the doner hit... I could taste the meat glue. Worryingly I stared up at my friends from behind my foil shield and my assumptions were confirmed by the look of dis-satisfaction from the kebab aficionados. Needless to say we needed the subsistence so we powered though but it certainly was a mission to finish the kebab. The salads were warm and the meat was cold, the absolute worst combination when it comes to kebabs. The chips however were the highlight. Not overly salted but enough to get your tongue sparkling. Perfectly cooked. The best chips I have had from a pizza joint. The dim sims were also acceptable and only tasted about three hours old, which lets be honest is the best you can expect from any dim sim re-seller since the place on the Flinders street platform closed down. I might be back, I might not. We do not have much choice when it comes to kebab joints out on this side of town. What I can say, as I sit here recovering from the meat glue hangover is that I certainly wont rush to be back. To those reading, I thank you and may your search for delicious kebabs be more fruitful than my own endeavor.

Staff is bad, I've seen what seems to be the owner a couple times, very stand offish, the place is very dirty, I ordered hsps a couple times and each time you don't know what to expect, it used to be good but has gone down hill, they started putting onions in the hsp ( who the hell does that ) on the sides and then the fries would be undercooked, or food would be cold, but yesterday was the worst by far, I opened it and in the box was bread just tossed in the middle of the hsp and it looked like a little bit had been bitten out of the bread, I don't know maybe it could have broken off in the box but who puts bread in an hsp anyways, then the meat was so dry and the chips were overcooked, it was just a complete mess, even found a price of stray onion in it, I tossed it, there's wot a kebab down the road, just go there, avoid this place, although it used to be good, it's definately not the same in the slightest, and if there is something wrong with your order and you can rest assured they will do nothing at all to help you out, give your buissness and hard earned money to a place that will get you food that isn't undercooked, stale, cold or raw, or will fix it otherwise. I was going to go in but after reading the reviews, and knowing they will do nothing I've decided just advice everyone from going there after such bad experiences.

If given the option I would have selected NO Stars! I was absolutely disgusted in the quality of the 2 pizzas I ordered. The base was worse than a cheap supermarket frozen pizza, and add onto that it wasn't cooked properly. Toppings on pizza tasted funny, as if they were off? Took the pizza home to the family, we all started eating, then half way through a slice, everyone said, there's something wrong, these taste off! Awful, off, horrible pizzas! We all felt very unsettled in the stomach after attempting to eat these pizzas! I should have read reviews beforehand, I definitely would have gone elsewhere if I had read reviews! I will never be returning here, and will be sharing my experience with friends and family to save them from, wasting their money and saving their stomachs from possible sickness!

I ordered a chocolate mousse, "handmade chips" and chicken soulvaki using uber eats at 1am. The moouse was sour! Unbelievable, chips looked soggy and was drenched in oil. Didn't even look at the souvlaki and threw it away. Called the store immediately and got a response of "just press refund on ubereats". I asked him to throw the rest of the mousses out and he says "I don't know, we just get it in boxes". I will never buy food from here again and I really hope this joint gets shut down. This was all in a span of 5mins within getting the food. Yes it's that bad guys...

There is something seriously amiss with this place. Whenever the manager is there, it is run perfectly. But outside of that, it’s chaos. It’s like his staff don’t care. They send wrap hot dogs multiple times without the hot dogs (which I’m not sure if it’s a personal religious disliking towards pork) the kebabs are undercooked and delivery times are a joke. But when the manager is there, everything is perfect. Tonight I’ve tried to call to order 6 times but no answer. I’d use the eat now app but everytime I do, there is a mistake. Such a shame. So much potential but such average, careless staff.

Average. Too much cheese, ham too salty, didn't put BBQ sauce on the BBQ chicken pizza, gave us a thick crust when we asked for a thin crust, hardly any mushrooms on the mushroom pizza. They are also a bit smaller than we normally get from Mooroolbark Pizza. Lastly, the guy I saw making the pizzas was wearing gloves but then took my money, gave me my change, put more cash in the till and then went back to making pizzas wearing the same gloves. That's a big no-no in food handling! We'll be going back to Sam next time.

AVOID! The chicken in the souvlaki was well hidden from the top, so I didn't realise it was RAW until I was eating it. It is more the colour of bacon than of chicken, slightly translucent and quite pink. I ripped into it to see if it could just be thigh and pink because of that. It doesn't tear/shred like it would if cooked through and is like trying to tear a raw chicken breast (rubbery and tough). Ordered through Ubereats and it took just over an hour to arrive. More than enough time to cook it thoroughly.

I've worked around the corner of this dump for years but never wanted to go inside. Well today I figure it can't be that bad or it wouldn't stay in business. So I walk in and this zombified old dude behind the counter stares blankly at me for a while until I ask for a kebab. He replies with "eh?" I ask 2 more times and receive the same "eh?" and I kind of ran away laughing. Can't comment on the food but the atmosphere is one knotch above David Lynch.

Been here before and all has been okay, went tonight to grab an Aussie pizza, thought it tasted abit weird, looked underneath and I saw what I think is mould, took it back and the person working says that it’s from the holes in the tray they cook it on, although all the spots are in random spots and different sizes, definitely isn’t from the tray, won’t be coming back here

Wouldn’t really give any starts if had an option , i guess the one star is for the drink. Had such a bad experience, last night I ordered uber eats from here and all i got was burnt food missed order notes , which took 50 minutes to make just one chicken kebab. I woke up today with a weird stomach. I ordered from here for the first time only because no other place was open that time of the night but it is for sure the last time for me. Really would recommend to avoid .

They use to be the best hsp's around. Use to have great customer service and deliver at late hours of the night. I honestly loved this place and rated it so highly. I eat hsp's alot, and NOW they are honestly the worst hsp's I have had. Ordered chilli, pretty sure they put chutney on it. It was to the point where it didn't even smell like a hsp, it smelt like onion. My theory is that new owners have come in and what was good is now awful

Kebab had heaps of lamb, but hardly any chicken. It only had one slither of tomato, lettuce equal to one blade of grass and hardly any sauce. The large loaded chips was equal to a small serving. Definitely not worth the $$ spent!! Small gravy was equal to one teaspoon of flavoured water!! Will not be buying from here again!!

Vile. Ordered Fish n chips and the guy couldnt tell me what the fish was, it came in a thick batter and it tasted horrible and not fresh at all. Also ordered a lamb souvlaki. It was chunks of kebab meat, NOT lamb! He also served it to me in an uber eats bag, even though I picked it up!. The service was pleasant enough but talk about a second rate and selling kebabs and calling them souvlaki! Never going to buy from them again.

This place seems okay...Kebab was average, the guy serving seemed nice. The shop itself needs a lot of work, it's sad that noone who works there takes pride in making it look nice. No a/c fans on a hot day makes it unpleasant to be in there. Lots of things seem broken, with dangling wires etc.

Absolutely appalling shop conditions. My 3 year old daughter was even running around saying "Yucky bugs". I feel as though they heard this as the staff member tried to offer her a handful of chips on a piece of paper towel. Throwing my food in the bin and will never be returning here again. Will be reporting this further than this review too. I mentioned it to the staff member and he looked at me dumbfounded.

Discussed in the treatment from staff and the way it was delivered. Pizza shop blame Menu Log, Menu Log happily apologise and refunds money. Fantastic Kebabs and pizzas have a very bad attitude as when taken back yell and scream for bringing it back to complain. Highly recommend you don't buy anything from this company. Im all for supporting local businesses but this business abusing customers is just not on.

After ordering what I was tricked into thinking was a kebab. What I received I can only describe as a wet noodle stuffed with garlic. To my horror when I decided to throw it in the bin after spitting the first bite out, even inside the packaging I was still able to fold the kebab in half twice at which point it turned into ministrone soup. Then I burnt my bin and moved house. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I wish I could rate less than 1 Star. This is WITHOUT A DOUBT, the WORST food I have ever been served. Literally inedible. It went straight into the bin when I received it. I ordered a “chicken” “parmigiana”, and what I received was a handful of grossly over fried (yet somehow cold) chicken tenders, covered in burnt cheese, with a side of soggy and undercooked chips. DO NOT EAT HERE! DO NOT EAT HERE!

I went to their website that said order online here. I followed all instructions including putting in a delivery time and address. 30 minutes after it was due to arrive I rang to get an ETA on delivery. I was then informed they no longer take orders thru their own website and I would need to replace the order thru Eber eats. Either update your website or take it down. The worst service ever.

Thank you for your customer service. My two young kids played alot today so they got realy hungry when we went to Fantastic pizza. There was a kind Indian lady who made our pizza and yummy kebab platter quickly but she also served with some extra chips for my kids until our food was ready. She tried to help me not to have stress while my kids were waiting for food.

Food was 45 minutes late, cold and soggy. Even though I was assured that it would be fresh. Misleading marketing of kebabs, I thought mine was coming with chips when they were inside the kebab. Extremely rude customer service. At the end of the day I am the idiot who paid $5 to have my kebabs delivered less than 1km but I didn't expect them to take so long.

Ordered a meatlovers and a Hawaiian, dough was nice, however that was only highlight of the pizza, as the toppings were disgusting. Both pizzas came with cut up hot dog, instead of ham, and the meat lovers had chunks of kebab meat, whilst the cheese was of a very poor quality. Beside the dough, this was worse than a pizza found in the Coles frozen aisle.

I don't know why I always forget to read reviews before I buy things from a shop, now I have bought the worst kebab in my life. I ended up dumping it in the bin in his presence without even asking for a refund. The smell was off, the bread not fresh, and he told me that's how Lebanese bread is.

Ordered a Capricossa(without ham) and Meat lovers for delivery. Were told 30 minutes. We called an hour later, it had just left to be delivered to same suburb. They got the house number wrong and Capricossa didn't have the anchovies as asked. On the plus side they offered free chicken instead of the ham and the pizzas were tasty.

Ordered a few mixed kebabs for the boys via menulog. Took a while to come, more than would be expected. Chips were absolutely perfect, crispy, well seasoned. Kebabs were OK. Overall good. Only thing letting it down was the obviously cheap donner meat. Steer clear if you can't deal with meat glue aftertaste the morning after.

Pathetic service. My food was delivered to the wrong house - all the manager would offer is to email "Menulog" about my complaint. They took my money - & would not offer a refund nor a replacement order. These guys are the bollock sweat of the kebab industry. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Place has apparently changed ownership from when I first reviewed, and it's much worse now. Food tends to be way, way too salty. Chicken parma was literally raw inside (had to cook in the microwave at home). The quality of the kebab meat is not as good and tends to be dry (and salty!), especially the chicken.

Nice food but had to wait while they processed a huge order. They should have mentioned this during order or slipped my order in between. They were just happy to let me wait 35 minutes for a kebab. Tried to make up for it late with a free Turkish delight. COMMUNICATION IS FREE AND OFTEN APPRECIATED.

Pizza was so great but every other meal we have had been great.. so maybe not a good night. But they have promised to make it up to me next order.. im sure I won't be let down. The food has been good every other order

WARNING MOuLD ON PIZZA BASES!! 3 of our 4 large pizzas had mold all over the bases. They claim it was fresh dough (lies) and then said it was oil. Oil is not green and black nor fluffy and does not leave spores all over the pizzas. Disgusting DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

I ordered a pizza and 3 kebabs for my family online; I was happy with what I received. The pizza was cooked nicely and tasted good. The kebabs were also great, full flavoured and generous with meat and fillings. Everyone felt satisfied and happy after.

I only went here because Terra Rossa was closed. BIG mistake. Worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. Thin, undercooked base, hardly any topping, and the garlic bread was hardly warm, let alone cooked. Ended up paying $23.95 for a bottle of coke.

Food is average, and they always seem to add chicken salt even if you ask for plain salt, when ordering via UberEats. Chips and potato cakes are *doused* in salt. I won’t be back.

Had a very bad experience. I just ordered HSP, all chips were over fried and hardly find any chicken on that. Just like applied some chicken cream on HSP. It was a worst HSP ever I had comparing with other kebab shops.

Not fantastic at all! Completely stuffed up my order by putting the wrong sauces on my HSP rendering it inedible. My previous order took over an hour to get to me and was cold by the time I got it! Avoid at all costs!

They didn’t put the bacon on the extra bacon pizza and it was folded when we got it, the potato cakes where undercooked, it was anything but fantastic.
