I hate to play the race card but after numerous visits here, I am going to have to lay it down. I usually come into this store and buy clothes so often, that my face should be on the wall. Every time I am there, however, several people would constantly follow me around. At first, I paid it no mind, thinking that maybe they get some type of reward for helping customers. When this became too much during some of my last visits, I ended up asking one of the sales associates if this was the case. She told me yes, but then stopped. She got caught up though, because one day I made a purchase, and stopped at the door to leave but turned back around and she did not see that I had turned back around and went to the front counter to gossip about me. I had said at that time I was not coming back, but I again came back. The next time I came back, I was treated rudely by that associate, and then the owner started following me around. After I made my purchase, I saw a cute outfit on the mannequin and stop to look at it. She all but pushed me out of the door. So since they were closing, I pulled my phone out to get a picture of the mannequin so that I could purchase the outfit the next time, and the owner snapped at me don't take a picture of that, and rushed me out of the store. I will not be back at this location. I do not steal, I am kind and cordial, and the lowest purchase that I make when I am there, would be $60. But I always make higher purchases. So there is no reason to treat me poorly when I am in the store, especially when I'm in there so much that by now you probably recognize my face by now. The last couple of visits where I have been in the store, I have noticed the different attitudes depending on race. I have seen different races spend no money and get good treatment, whereas I never go to the store without purchasing, and I am treated as though I am going to do something wrong. I love the clothes, but the customer service is no longer worth it.

If I can give it a -20 Stars I would. First of all they have no sign stating that any children under 10 years old have to have a mask. Secondly they also didn't warn you that you will be harassed by their security guard who don't know how to follow the six feet distance at all {period} the security guard kept harassing us in regards to a 2-year-old Mask falling off her face. While we're checking out this was the last straw with him coming very close in our space and face stating that if she doesn't have the mask on he will put her out. I'm so confused this was a two-year-old so you're stating that you're going to put a 2-year-old out as if she is an adult Ludacris. Not to top it off the security guard not only was very disrespectful but he was unprofessional to argue back with any women. I requested to speak to the manager immediately I asked for corporate number I was informed that there is no corporate she is the manager and there's only one boss over her who she will relay the message to. This is my first and last time ever shopping at fashion House....for you all to be so worried about a two-year-old not having her mask on properly there was no one checking temperature there was no hand sanitizer stations and there were no one spraying down the dressing rooms after each person went in there if you're going to put up a fight for safety be safe about everything now y'all have a blessed day

I went there to find an outfit. One of the outfits was still on the plastic mannikin I asked one of the workers to take it off so I can try it on. She told me they had my size in another color I told her I wanted to try on the one on the manikin! She said she would ask the manager the manager came and said that I needed to try on the other color. My hair is colored I wanted to see how it looked with my hair color! They clothes are cheap , very thin and poorly made they should be cheaper then what they sell them for. They are discriminative towards black people they don’t hire black girls at any of there locations only Mexicans. The security guards follows you around every where making you not want to continue shopping! I use to work at BEBE we take stuff off the manikins all the time to let customers try on items! The quality and prices are much higher! I will look everywhere else before I step foot back in this place!

I gave the service a poor rating because just as the other person pointed out the security is a mess. I went there with my friend and our three children and the security was just hounding us like crazy. I couldn't even concentrate on shopping because if I stepped back for just one second they were always right behind me. One of the kids touched a piece of garment and a security officer was so quick to tell me not to let the kids touch anything. What child, who is ages 3-4 by the way, will stand still in a store unless you had their hands/feet tied. Anyways, the clothes are fabulous without a doubt but I was too angry and upset to buy anything. If anyone plans on going shopping there, if possible, leave the kids out of the store I guess for a "more pleasant" shopping experience.

Horrible experience. Not only does a security follows you everywhere in the store but I had my 1 year old next to me and she kept taking off her mask. Hello she is 1. Already about to pay and they were still being extremely rude forcing my baby to put the mask on. This is not even a good store to shop they don’t even have a refund policy. I will never come back again. They are extremely rude. Not even the mall and brand store make a big deal about the mask. Oh and I forgot to tell you if you have a a baby meaning months old you need to have them wear a mask as well or don’t go inside. That was a store I will Come to last minute to buy something on the go. Never again will I be back. Horrible people

First time coming here and I get stop immediately because my 4 month old was not in a stroller or Carrier. she was covered with a blanket but because she was not in a stroller or carrier I couldn’t continue to shop. I will not be coming here again, I feel like it be more problematic if I had came in with a stroller or carrier because there so called security would have probably followed me around to see if I was stealing. And before you guys say anything like or because of COVID and safety precautions your baby can get sick. I find it ridiculous if I’m carrying my baby and she covered up and no one can touch her or be close to her I shouldn’t have an issue, again worse place not ever coming back.

I love the store itself, but security is very over-bearing. They follow you around the store (they so close that if you turn the around suddenly, they are there..lol) and they flirt with every female in there. They watch your kids like they are little thieves looking for them to make a wrong move; they can't talk, run or laugh, they are pulling you to the side immediately. It makes your shopping experience less than and you just want to hurry up out the store. Now I only go in there if I am looking for a particular item and will not be in the store that long. If they want to cut down on crime that's one thing, but making people feel uncomfortable is another.

I'm highly offended with the experience Ive had here. On a cold evening I walked into this store with a gray smock covering my hair and was immediately asked to leave. I've never felt like a criminal before now...... I was informed I couldn't wear a hoddie(the same thing a young man was killed for-Treyvon Martin)How dare this store tell me I can not wear an appropriate piece of clothing to shop.....So if your head or hair is covered your a thief??..This by all means is discrimination, not to mention 98% of the customers are young black females. I wouldn't suggestion anyone shop here nor invest here. Clearly customers are not top priority!!!!

I have been coming to this location for years. But the other day my experience was irritating and the customer service was garbage. From the moment you walk in, there is a male security guard stareing you down. Which is so played out, just invest in a camera system. I didn’t even want to look at the front displays because he was right there stareing. He made me feel very uncomfortable. Bopping female associates following you from rack to rack constantly asking if you need help. They should prioritize cleaning the dirty dressing rooms and removing the dirty items off the racks rather than harassing customers. They need to close down.

THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE TODAY MY TOTAL WAS $101 SO I TOLD THE CASHIER I WILL PAY $55 IN CASH AND TAKE THE REST OFF MY CARD SO THE RUDE OWNER CHINESE LADY CAME OVER CHARGED MY CARD 16.07 SO ME AND THE CASHIER WAS LIKE THATS NOT RITE SO THEN THE CASHIER LIED AND SAID I ONLY GAVE HER $45 SO I WAS LIKE NO I GAVE YOU $55 SO THE OWNER COUNTS THE DRAWER AND TELLS ME I GAVE HER $44.67 I SAID NO I NEVER GAVE HER ANY CHANGE THEN THE CASHIER SAYS HE GAVE ME $45 THE RUDE LADY THEN SAID I ONLY GAVE HER $40 SO THEY MADE ME STAND THERE FOR 30 MINUTES SO THEY CAN ROLL THE CAMERAS BACK WHICH SHE DIDNT DO AND REFUSE TO GIVE ME MONEY

Great clothes great prices. Very rude security guards..I always heard the rumors about how the follow you and every aisle, but I really want to shop there!! Well to top it of the security guards was standing while shopping with my kids. No personal space at all. I don't even bring a purse in to stop them from following..SHAME..when I came with my husband, no one followed me then ..horrible service by running customers away.Its bad when social media warns you of the mistreatment

They sell dirty clothes here! The clothes may be cute but are POORLY managed and FILTHY! It makes no sense to have to get the outfit dry cleaned or heavily washed before you wear it. You're already spending money on the outfit and then more money to clean it afterwards. The Asian manager at the register refuses to any discount not even tax free for the inconvenience. Save your time and your money because this place is NOT WORTH IT!!!

I recently moved here to Texas and I've been looking for fashion stores. I'm very skeptical about coming to fashion house because of all the following around and rude customer service comments. from what I've read too many loyal customers have left awful reviews, it's way too many bad reviews to not be accurate. I would hate to have an horrible shopping experience so i won't even bother coming to spend my money

First time visiting this establishment. Clean store, courteous and helpful staff. Good prices, Great clothing selection, color and style varity and accessory selections. My biggest issue is purchase policy: No refunds! Only exchanges! Big list of items that are not even exchangeable(understandable for lingerie, undergarments and foundation items).

Cheap clothing, if you look hard enough you may find some good pieces but overall not my taste at all, most of the material looks cheap, it’s a good choice for tight budgets but no what I was looking for. A lot of copycat clothes and fake jewelry kind of things. It was clean and organized for sure but not really going back

Super cute stuff like for the club or party or something. Those ladies there are soooo helpful. One lady (African I believe, and I think her name stated with an A.. Or maybe an E) walked around with me for like 30 mins to help me pick out a "sexy but not too sexy" outfit I required. We found it and she nailed it …

Terrible security that follows you around at every corner as if you are a thief or something. Why can't the manger or owner put a surveillance camera and creates a room where a security can seat there and monitor the screen instead of following people like unwanted pest. Very irritating and makes shopping unbearing.

For av $25 jumpsuit they expect me to look at it instead of trying it on the are ludicrous. Security tags don't allow you to try on clothes properly. Better off going to Ross better quality clothes I got Levis Skinny jeans $13 and I felt like a human not a zoo animal being watched to see when I'm going to act up.

The security guard there was very rude & the girls walking around the store are so ignorant. The security guard talked back when i apologize for something & then he try pushing me with his shoulder. The employees are not good. & the clothes are expensive but rip easily. I don't recommend

The young lady's that work there are great but the Asian manager and the security guard are both rude. Very unpleasant experience harassed over a hoodie for this to be their only store you would think they would try their best to have repeating customers to expand.

Amazing experience!! They are very attentive in a non pushy way. They enjoyed dressing us as much as we did trying on clothes. They were honest in their opinions and made suggestions on how to make the costume even better. All the clothes were fun and beautiful.

Don't shop here...they dont allow black people to try on white clothes because we'll get them dirty.....I was shopping at 10204 Beechnut location.....the manager Sandra stated to me that I was not allowed to try on a white top due to it possibly getting dirty

They would not exchange my pants I accidentally got the wrong size and spend over $100 with them the pants it self was $30 but yet they have the dressing room open to use!!! During a pandemic.. different people in and out the rooms. Make it make sense!!

I like Fashion House because their unique. You're really not going to find a lot of the same pieces of clothing in ordinary clothing stores. However, there's no refund.
