I came to do a simple return for a dress I needed the same night and the lady at the door said it was closed. The store was not closed yet it was still 25 mins until closing time. She let another lady in but right when I came it’s all of sudden closed. I’m upset because I live 45 mins away and she said come back in the morning.

If you are requiring customers to wear mask it should also be required for employees. Saw two employees at the check out counter without mask. One whom spoke about how she read an article of how mask do more damage because you are breathing the same air you are breathing out. Clearly she doesn't know how the human body works.

I love going to this store. Customer service is great. I know it’s not the employees fault but the carpet is horrible and the dust in that place will leave you sick. I went in to report it to manager she was very nice and considerate to tell me she will talk to someone about that but all in all I will definitely be back.

Tiffany and jennifer helped me during my visit, told me about sales, and even helped me try on a dress because sadly their dressing rooms are still unavailable. I enjoy this shop and the people in it. Not every visit has been amazing but they got rid of the girls who were unpleasant and it’s a great store to be in.

A heavy-set employee with sharpie eyebrows was talking bad about Mexican women in front of customers out loud and insulting the franchise she works at.. In her words, “They think they’re all that but they’re shopping at Rainbow.” Like ma’am you literally work there so that’s also probably all you can afford.

When I came at 8:30PM the store was closed and a worker looked at me and didn’t even say anything. The door showed clearly that they closed at 9. I feel if the hours have changed its a better business practice to post it instead of having patrons waiting outside. At least let someone know you closed early.

It's a claustrophobic cluster in this place. You can barely walk... Too many clothes racks and not enough space to not be in someone else's personal space. The staff all seem to be pretty friendly, kind, and professional... But the owners (or whoever) should definitely consider finding more square footage.

I walked in and wasn't greeted and I walked the entire store. Employees weren't doing much in customer service. No one was in front when I walked in.Manager was working on the wall instead of focusing on customer service. I will say the little girl on the register was polite but not extremely friendly.

One the ladies let me stand in the front for 5 min then turn around took someone who just walk in the door. One girl was on the phone couldn’t ask for help. I will not be coming to this location no more . To crowded and the sizes is everywhere so you caint find nothing. Wasted my time .

If you frequently Rainbow, you know there are big and small stores. This is one of the small stores, however there selection was plentiful. The store is well stocked and neat. Kudos to Cindy for her well kept store and pleasantly professorial attitude!

This shop is amazing for plus size women!! The prices are not as crazy as other plus size shops tend to have them and even if the regular price clothes are too pricey for your pocket, the sale racks still have amazing selections!

Could not find what I was looking for which is a black and gold dress to wear to a wedding. There clothes are not dressy like that. They are more casual, hoochie style looking and not expensive at all, so its affordable.
