I don’t even leave reviews but you know it’s something when you take the time out of your day to do this when I first walked in nobody even spoke to me which didn’t bother me and I just continue to go in and shop so then the nappy headed lady with the swollen legs bad weave and nasty attitude had the nerve to look at me as if I was doing something wrong when I was only trying to spend my money in her establishment next thing you know the bald headed lady with a New Orleans accent had the nerve to look me up and down they looked at each other said something and started laughing the customer service was horrible and I see why the store was empty Long story short both of you have no right to talk about anybody And you all wonder why people do not like to support black businesses do better please

The store is a bit small for the amount of inventory in the the store. This location has junior sizes, plus sizes and children's clothing. The staff is not friendly with poor customer service and lack a presentable appearance. They do not smile or greet you to make you feel welcomed. They are not attentive to their customers and not present on the sales floor. I've been shopping this location for years and it has tremendously gone down.

I sooooo love this store! The location of the store is perfect for me, as well as the inventory. I was able to find me something real nice for my company Christmas party, as well as a few outfits for work. I also love that they have a children's section as well for my daughter. Store manager last name CAMPBELL was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not allow her team to help me when at the register. I did overhear her talking down to others around her as if we were not important. She could use a refresher course on customer service skills because they are lacking...

If I could give them zero stars I would. The store is dirty and dusty, the customer service is beyond trash with the exception of one cashier who was very pleasant. However her manager is a disgrace and needs to be fire and I will definitely be contacting corporate about her behavior.

It’ll be nice if they changed their hours online. It says they close at 9 on here but on the door they close at 7. There’s nothing like getting off work and driving through traffic just for a store that’s supposed to be open, to get there and it’s closed. Smh. Ghetto

The new management teams at store 0523 doesn't have great customer service, has an attitude when a customer have a concern. And its a small store thats veeeeeeeeeery dusty including the dresses and pants that touches the floor. But overall nice clothing

Get here at 8:30 the employees have locked the door when the sign says they close at 9:00 p.m. Inconvenience customers so they can leave early. I have taken a video and will be sharing with corporate.

Lost of cheap clothes shoes jewelry. Manager is very uninviting and i was told i couldnt try on a onesie cause it snaps at the crotch. Ive never heard that in any clothing store in my life.
