Buyer Beware I went in to purchase a truck cash at this dealer. I drove the truck and they agreed to fix all things that I wanted fixed to make a deal happen. (All should have been fixed before I even drove it, Seatbelt, horn, and alignment) When going over the cost and what all the fees are, I asked why he was charging $600.00 in dealer fees and $79 for a title fee. He was not going to do any title paperwork or register the vehicle as he said he hands me the title and I do it myself. This guy’s response was priceless for what these fees are. This is for us to do what we have to do. Again, not making me feel comfortable that this guy is honest, but more so telling me how dishonest this dealership is. He then went on to tell me how other dealers just stack $3,000 in dealer fees on in the backend. This is not a true statement at all. The cost on the backend would only be there if you bought other things, such as a service plan, warranty, remote start, or any other products that they offer. Then he talked about people who like to educate themselves on the vehicle they are buying, taking six months to make a buying decision and wasting his time. Someone making a buying decision should take as long as they need to make that decision. This is a purchase that is costing them hard earned money on day one and could cost them even more down the road. I do not recommend for anyone to buy anywhere that is dishonest or has an integrity issue. I have been looking for a new truck for a few weeks and found it here. I saw a vehicle online and thought it won't be there and they won't help me with financing blah blah blah. I stopped in on the way to a another appointment spoke with Alex gave him my scenario and asked if they would be able to work with me. He asked me a few questions and explained what he thought they would be able to do. I went to my appointment came back filled out a credit app and within 2 hours the finance company they use contacted me stating I qualified for the loan I requested. This company was straightforward with me from my very 1st interaction with them. I would recommend any one looking for a vehicle to give Father and Sons Auto sales a chance to help you out. Alex, thank you again for everything and most of all THANK YOU for being an honest car dealer. UPDATE..... so 3 days after purchase of Vehicle seems as if the fuel pump went out.... message sent to Dealer, hopefully the issue is resolved... will update as soon as I hear from the dealer.... Update 7/6/2020 .... Dealer contacted me this morning and are currently working to get the vehicle repaired. Update 7/9/2020 .... stopped by dealer to see if truck was ready they stated it was. I asked about the issue and they determined that it was a faulty fuse block. They picked up one from a salvage yard (it looks like) and changed it out. I asked for something in writing stating what they had done and they provided me a document stating Warranty work changed fuse block. We both signed and I left with my truck. no more issues.

They are very welcoming and nice. Their dad showed my father and I cars and we were able to test drive them pretty fast. All was good until after I got my car. My car had a hub cap missing (which they replaced), but were not transparent about the other cosmetic and driving issues of the vehicle whatsoever. My left tail and break light were out, my trunk spare tire board and liner was missing, and my auxiliary didn’t work at all. In addition, they said that the tires were good but are needed to be replaced soon because my tire pressure light keeps coming on repeatedly after I’ve refilled them with air. My A/C also wasn't blowing cold air and had to get it fixed by a mechanic right after I had purchased this vehicle. Lastly, they need to organize their listings better on their website and paper on vehicle because there’s two distinctly different prices on the website. In the lot, their price on the vehicle is their “out of the door cash price” but on their website, “it’s their base price with no addition of taxes and fees yet”. Why not have both prices to make it easier for the buyer who wants to pay in cash to purchase? Their customer service was okay and I wish they had told me about these issues with my vehicle beforehand so i wouldn’t have to invest all my money and time into these repairs. Overall, I’m pleased with the drive of my car, but this dealership missed the mark of transparency and providing me with the CarFax like they stated on their website. Overall: 2/5.

If i could write a book of the many issues i would ! first thing on the test drive it broke down on us! okay they said bad battery! so i went ahead and purchased it. The same day i went to work it broke down over the milage that my insurance would have it towed back! eventually got it back to dealer they said oh it’s the alternator! replaced that! Then had ac issues after i litteraly told them to make sure it’s working cause it wasn’t before! so they had to find the leak! okay there was soo many times i had to send it back! within a month they had it 80 percent of the time. last thing was ac went out again this time they replaced the compressor, oh also they replaced the catalytic converter and mind u all these parts they are not using OEM they are using aftermarket which has been know to cause issues. I had to move and left arizona with a. check engine light on and my ac working when it wants too! 2012 honda odyssey! do i recommend them? that would be a heck no! Do not go here even if it’s easy they are cheap and the mechanic is some 18 yr old kid

worst experience ever.... When you tell a dealer there's serious issues with the vehicle and they says they are easy fixes run lol.... If it's easy fix it ... We have a Tahoe already and we fixed it ourselves the shop wanted over $5000 to fix it we spent under $400 but not everyone knows how to fix a vehicle and you should be able to buy it reliable ... This Chevy Tahoe they have listed has no bump stops at all ... The control arms are shot it had electrical issues it was stuck in the language settings... the tires were all different and needed new tires .... the guy tried to say i needed 3000 or more the customer service was careless ... they don't actually fix the cars please be careful the same day i wasted two hours in driving for them to waste my time i drove to honda and I'm now in a 2017 so hey thanks for wasting my time this suv comes with brand new tires new breaks and 88,000 miles don't come here go to honda !

Found this place online looking for an affordable truck. They have many trucks available at good prices, straightforward and honest, no hype, prices include TTL and emissions inspection. Place is very clean and professional, vehicles are immaculately clean and mechanically sound and they even give you a two week or 500 miles warranty so you have time to make sure there's nothing wrong. Most used vehicles from these little Mom and Pop places are sold as is. I purchased a truck and bettor I got home with it the service engine light came on. It was a sensor. It cost $56, I sent the receipt for three part and installation during the warranty period and was promptly reimbursed. No further problems and we got a very nice, very clean truck, exactly what we needed, much less than other places. Please go here four your next used vehicle. They offer financing as well.

Getting a car with a bad credit and a new job felt like the worst experience but Father and Sons made it rather easy and worked with my limited options. Bought my Sequoia here. Efrain worked with me on the price, and a couple things that I nitpicked like the center headrest in the rear i didnt like so he changed it. I have been a tech most my life, i checked this thing over on a lift and its great. Clean, wear parts that have been replaced, nothing needed addressed at all so I just drove it to California and back the day after I bought it. Would definitely recommend

Bought a vehicle from this place about 5 years ago while in town from Mississippi. 2001 Toyota Tundra Limited. It has been the best vehicle we've ever had. The motor, and transmission have been great with no issues. Vehicle was and still is in excellent shape 5 years after purchase. Definitely a place I would trust going back to, to purchase again.

After purchasing a truck from here and the truck having issues, they had a tow truck come out to my house in surprise and while working on the truck they lent me a vehicle in the mean time. The repairs were done in 1 day and our truck now runs and feels like new. They are honest and will make things right. Communication is key.
